Purchased TTK DLC not recognized as purchased on 360

I purchased the Taken King DLC on 8/25/2015. The Xbox store acknowledges it, my purchase history acknowledges it, but Destiny does not when I load it. The game claims that I still need to purchase it. I just walked through all of Microsoft's troubleshooting steps with their contact us chat (would be nice to have one here). I even have a reference number from MS saying I went through all of the steps... Let's just say I'm a bit upset that I've waited til 9/18 for the various patches to come out just to see none of them fixed my issue. Bungie, please fix it/contact me. I've enjoyed the game so far, but I'm not paying for the same DLC twice.
