Still can't get husk
Am I the only guardian still trying to get the husk even after the 150% drop rate Increase? Please bungie help, this is embarrassing ...

It can take a long time. After the dark below I killed the blades three times and got the husk. My friend spent four solid days of nonstop blade murder before he got his.

Don't worry, I've been farming for aBout an hour and a half now, and I'm fed the -blam!- up with farming it :/
