Caterpillar error unsolved

I have encountered the caterpillar error on my xbox, when i went to the support page it said that i have to have good internet. My wifi is at 100mbps so i don't understand the problem. I have an xbox 360 with live. I have tried the support page, youtube and internet search. I have open NAT, please reply with an answer
