[Suggestive Idea] Voltarain - An Arc Exotic Rocket Launcher | Should Bungie Add it in the Game? (REPOST, ADDITION)

(THIS IS A REPOST OF A TOPIC I MADE A FEW DAYS AGO. I DECIDED TO ADD A LORE OR GRIMOIRE TO THE GUN AND REPOST IT IN HOPES TO GET MORE ATTENTION.) A few days ago, me and my friends came up with a weapon that Bungie should add in the game. Before I start describing the weapon, I tried to make a useful balance between PvE and PvP, being that Truth is meant for PvP, and Gjallahorn for PvE. We decided to come up with the weapon "Voltarain". An Exotic, Arc damage rocket launcher having a one round magazine. The special upgrade every exotic has to make it unique is called "The Storm - Detonated rockets will split into three arcbolts, damaging nearby enemies." Now that may sound a bit to copycat-ish to Gjallahorn, but, just think of this rocket launcher and the upgrade in action. It would work well for both PvE and PvP. I don't have a design for the weapon however, mainly because I'm not a good visual artist. Upgrades Being: Confined Launch | Clown Cartridge | Heavy Payload | The Storm | Smart Drift Control |_______________| Perfect Balance |__________ Hard Launch |_____________________| Speed Reload |____________ Backstory, Grimoire, Lore: (Please do take the time to read all of this. It took me a little while to come up with and also a while to type.) Kabr, The Legionless, went into the Vault of Glass, to defy the darkness of the Vex, in his attempt, he failed. However, crafted a weapon of great power. "I have made a wound in the Vault, I have pierced it and let in the light bathe in it and be cleansed. Look to it and understand, from my own light, and from the thinking flesh of the Vex I made a shield. The shield is your deliverance. It will break the unbreakable. It will change your fate. Bind yourself to the shield, bind yourself to me. If you abandon your purpose, let the Vault consume you, as it consumed me." Kabr made the Shield of Aegis, a shield in which would change Guardians fate in the Vault of Glass. Without his actions, other Gaurdians would have undoubtedly shared in his demise. Only a few primary sources of Kabr remain, mostly from the legendary hunter, Pahanin. The creator of the weapon, Super Good Advice. Pahanin stated that he respected Kabr. "His name was Kabr. He wasn't my friend but I knew and respected him as a Guardian and a good man. "He fought the Vex alone. This destroyed him. In the time before he vanished he said things that I think should be remembered. These are some of them: "In the Vault time frays and a needle moves through it. The needle is the will of Atheon. I do not know the name of the shape that comes after the needle. No one can open the Vault alone. I opened the Vault. There was no one with me but I was not alone. You will meet the Templar in a place that is a time before or after stars. The stars will move around you and mark you and sing to you. They will decide if you are real. I drank of them. It tasted like the sea." That is all I can remember." He witnessed Kabr's fall and became frightened to travel alone. Before Pahanin's fateful demise due to Dredgen Yor and the Thorn, he met famed gunsmith, Feizel Crux, the same man who crafted Gjallahorn, Truth, Dragon's Breath, and various other launchers. Both became good friends and soon, Pahanin showed Feizel the Super Good Advice. Feizel was astonished by the weapon's mechanics and power. Feizel proposed that they both work together to craft the ultimate weapon. Pahanin decided to dedicate the weapon to Kabr, decorating it in Vex architecture. Feizel decided to empower the weapon with the energy of the Hunter's grenade technique, the Arcbolt, to represent the partnership between him and his Hunter partner, Pahanin. With this synergy of different ideas, techniques and abilities, came fourth to birth the "Voltarain." __________________________________________________________________________ Should Bungie add this in the game? If staff at Bungie does see this, I'm giving you the full right to use, edit, and add this idea if you want to. I'd very much like to see this gun actually in game. My thanks... P.S. I tried to make this a poll, but it kept saying that I had no question. :|
