Eso ps4 need level 45+ for dungeons
90% of the way to level 46 and I'm out of quests that give me any xp, yes I've finished cold harbour. I need a group to be able to farm dugeons, elder hollow is what I'm attempting. Psn's CptPho shoot me a message.

I'd go back and try to find side quests maybe do quests for the guilds if you haven't
