I use my 31 Warlock often in the Crucible. Most of the time, when another guardian is attacking me, I either use the Plan C or throw a fusion grenade at him/her. If the grenade attaches to that guardian, it is a guaranteed kill (unless he/she decides to jump off the map). I can easily get at least five Post Mortem badges in any crucible mode using the fusion grenade. My question is: Should the fusion grenade be nerfed?
Thanks for sharing your thoughts on the topic

A stiff breeze is op. A mere melee attack has ppl complaining.
-
Yes because they auto lock on people sometimes.

Edited by firerwolf: 3/25/2015 7:07:39 PMIt should be changed so it falls off of enemies as often as the flux grenade rather than always sticks.
-
They do precisely what they're supposed to. Damage from the blast plus bonus damage if it sticks. There's nothing OP to it. Quit trying to get more shit nerfed.
-
Well I don't understand that people say it takes skills to aim when it follows and autosticks to players. But I don't think it should be needed but make it less spamable when self resing

2 RepliesA grenade type that actually requires aiming...high risk high reward. And it can still bounce off (which is total bs)
-
Nope. I stand a better chance against someone spamming fusion grenades than I do against someone spamming Firebolt grenades with Touch of flame and Viking Funeral!
maybe I shouldn't have let you know my weakness...
No more OP than magnetic grenades or tripmine grenades. If you stick either of those it's a kill too. Every class has a sticky.
-
Uh no.
-
I think it is fair since they have enough time to get revenge and kill you before the grenade gets them.
-
1 Replyno not really. titans have magnetic grenade and hunters have fluz grenade
-
Never once have I been killed by a grenade and thought, "omg needs nerfing". Honestly, you people are out of control.
-
Yes everything is OP so Bungie must nerf this and buff that and I wont be happy with it anyway.
-
No, because sticky grenades are love, sticky grenades are live
-
2 RepliesI hate when I stick a Titan and then he fits of havocs resulting in me dying and the Titan alive. The reason he lives is because he has reduced damage while using havoc while the nade blows up

Edited by Silvurphlame: 3/22/2015 11:13:53 AMTitans have a sticky grenade (Magnetic Grenade, Defender) and so do Hunters (Flux Grenade, Bladedancer). The only advantage is the Sunsinger's Radiance letting you spam those grenades. But it's really no worse than a Arc Blade or Fist of Panic or Nova Bomb super. You'll realize that when/if you actually play all three classes. Now quit complaining. :) "Get out there and earn it, Guardian" - Lord Shaxx

The 1 hit kill doesnt need to change. The amount of tracking it has is too much though
-
Are you serious? What is your major malfunction?
-
5 RepliesIt a grenade. It's supposed to kill on one hit. You ever seen someone get hit with grenades and survive at point blank range?
-
Each class has a sticky grenade
-
No because if they miss they do absolutely nothing. They're either all or nothing.
-
Did you read your own post? The Fusion Grenade is completely worthless unless you stick someone and to stick someone you need to LoS yourself which most of the time leads to your kill being postmortem. So how in the hell is a grenade that pretty much always requires self sacrifice for a kill, OP? It's the same reason Tripmines aren't OP. They're the best grenade in the game, but have the highest suicide rate to balance them out.
-
Of course not. They're the Semtex of this game and every class a version of them. So the answer, they're not op.
