Hi, no get this error code without hawk, the troubleshoot doesn't help I have no ideas...... It's so bad, today i get caterpillar again, can't lock in.....

What's happening is that you are experiencing packet loss, which makes it so you disconnect. You can go to the part where it says "stabalize your connection" to learn more on how to fix it. One good way is if you aren't on wired connection put yourself on wired connection.
