Since yesterday it has been impossible for me to play the game. The game will start, i can progress past the title screen, and the game gets past the "connecting" step very quickly. However, once the game reaches, "signing in", it stays on that step until the request times out and I receive the error notification shown in the image.
There is notably no error code and the notification is the same as what is received when the servers are down for maintenance, but that is obviously not happening right now. Other notable information includes:
• When trying to alt-f4 the game, it hangs, requiring me to go into task manager to close it. In normal conditions the game closes smoothly.
• Performing a full reinstall fixed this problem...once, and after I closed the game after that successful attempt, the issue returned. I would not like to have to reinstall the game every time I wish to play it.
Given the lack of support given to most posts here I do not expect this post to even be seen by any mentors. Those who do would be strongly advised to help.

1 ReplyHi there. The "servers are not available" message indicates that you are experiencing connection issues of some kind that is happening between you and Destiny 2. This may be an ISP issue. Below are suggestions to help resolve the issue:
1. A wired connection is recommended to play Destiny, and if your connection is being used for other things when playing the game, such as streaming, it's recommended to quit those programs.
