"Unable to join the target player due to a network issue. Please try again"

Hello, I recently moved house and when trying to play Destiny 2, I have encountered a few errors. Initially the game told me my NAT type was moderate, so I enabled UPnP in my router. This fixed my NAT type, but now joining players or having them join me is impossible. We are all given the error listed in the title, with no error code or any further explanation. I have tried everything from port-forwarding the ports listed on Bungie's support page: https://youtu.be/hDswx8xGG8Q, to restating my router dozens of times and nothing seems to work. I can load into the tower and public spaces just fine, although no players load in with me. Launching an activity results in "Searching for Guardians: 1/12 found. I can play other online games with other players just fine. Any suggestions? I am using EoP from a router for my connection. EDIT: If its of any value, i get brief flashes of the "Connecting to Destiny 2 servers" error message when joining, but it goes away and I come straight into orbit as if nothing is wrong.
