I have signed back into the Bungie store/rewards with my Bungie profile and reset my password as it requested. I then go to Bungie rewards and try to sign into my Xbox profile from there. While signing into my Xbox profile it will let me put in my Xbox login info and will show my gamer tag but then when I confirm that is my gamer tag it goes back to the previous page and just says there was an error signing in and that’s it. I tried refreshing the page like the error says, I tried clearing my cache, and I tried the whole process over again, but keep getting the same error. I filled out the Bungie store support form online and just keep getting the same copy and pasted templated response over and over again. This has been a problem for many months now and not gotten better. It caused me to miss out on ordering the moments of triumph shirt last month and to add to it I’m not getting any help. Please have someone from Bungie directly contact me to help fix this. Also, if someone from Bungie can help me order the moments of triumph shirt, which is now “retired” because of this problem, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you.

Can someone from Bungie support respond to this? I really need help and have been a loyal Bungie fan for 20 years. I even defended Bungie when people I knew would complain about them. Please help me.
