Will Windows 7 and 8.1 issue be fixed Bungie?
Or will you take the system out of requirements and return the money to those affected?
Saying that "we are investigating" only shows that they claim to support systems that have not even been tested. Did what happened last season serve no purpose?
But if it's impossible to maintain support for these versions of Windows, be transparent and honest.

Are we coming a month away from launch and we're still with just a "we're investigating"? This makes it pretty clear that the game has not even been tested on systems that Bungie claims works and is compatible. If you consider how long the launch was delayed, this is a very serious flaw. If there is no longer any interest or ability to maintain compatibility with the affected versions, let the company be honest and state its position. Don't wait for seasons or DLC to be released, so after buying it, people find out that the game isn't working. It's one thing for the game to be released with several bugs, another thing and it simply doesn't run on a platform that the company claims works and a month goes by and nothing. As well as statements like that, but it's the fault of the people who still use these versions. I don't get into that discussion, because it's not the issue. If Bungie didn't bankroll and claim the game works on Windows 7 and 8.1, no one using those versions of the system would buy the game or be complaining about the game not working. In view of this, the following questions arise: - People who bought the DLC in advance or the season and couldn't play, do what? Well, a third of the season has passed, the launch of RAID, at least one Iron Banner, apart from items and weekly rewards from Eververse and other vendors. - Just wait and hope that Bungie solves the problem? This problem, in my view, was totally neglected by the company. There is no explanation that justifies the release with such a problem (except, disregard with users of these platforms or not testing to see if it was ok). - Do you file a lawsuit for false advertising against the company? - Trying a refund? Remembering that many people who bought via Steam are trying to refund and are not having success because of the amount of hours played recorded.
