Hey there. Please keep in mind that punishments issued in-game are separate from Code of Conduct violations here on bungie.net. You do not have any bungie.net violations, so if you're referring to restrictions you received in-game, you can find information on why accounts can be restricted here: [url]https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049517431[/url] You should have received a message in-game that told you why you were restricted. The most common reason is for playing with a consistent unstable connection. The first restriction lasts for two weeks while all subsequent ones last for two months.

  • I have received no notifications regarding being restricted except a response from Bungie Team when I made an inquiry. They have subsequently refused to respond to any request regarding why and for what period. I have read the code of conduct on restrictions. I have not bern notified regarding complaints filed against, though crucible players can be rude if you don't get many kills or have low radios. I am not strong but do my best ( I am 71 yrs of age ). Not making excuse Bungie Team response seems more a bot response than personal.
