If I'm struggling to do a GM or raid, I think the enemies should start doing less damage to me and I do more damage to them until I am able to complete it. That way, I can have success without having to put in any effort. Perfect solution.

We do have skill-based PVE? Hence the varying levels of challenge.. You analogy is wrong. For example, Nightfall allows you to play progressively harder content up to GM level. As your skills improve, you can up the challenge. This doesn't happen in PVP. No-one improves getting pub-stomped. People are less likely to "put in the effort" if the effort isn't rewarded either with loot or a feeling of progression/improvement. Its all moot unless they sort dedicated servers. It'll remain the joke it is outside the core PVP players and something most will avoid unless they are forced into it.

But I want the adept rewards without having to improve. It's unfair that only the good players get rewarded.
