I am shocked they even gave them the ability to be off radar while they are invisible.
Talk about bias to the max.
Titans and Warlocks still struggle to put a class ability down at decent speed and half the concepts of exotics designed for them are neutered and unchanged in design for improvements.
Vesper of Radius….Trash.
Khepri’s Horn…Universal but specific in usage.
Icefall Mantle…Unique but watered down.
I mean how many exotics do the Warlock have that cater specifically to placing a rift???

And how many exotics rely on a Hunter dodge? That keeps getting nerfed?
-
Edited by hate n payne: 3/14/2022 9:37:36 PMThere isn’t any that are really nerfed though nor useless except for Radiant Dance Machines. The rest of them are useable or viable. It is just that most of you don’t realize how good you have it and play one dimensional. The amount of load outs I can use on the Hunter is crazy.
-
And yet warlocks still have the highest win percentage and have had that title for almost 2 years. So the same could easily be said for warlocks. Everyone's got something going for them. Just leave it as is
-
Edited by hate n payne: 3/14/2022 9:54:54 PMWin percentage??? Don’t go using stats as a mean to determine what class ability or exotics are lacking. It is such a bias answer. The reason Hunter aren’t high on the percentage rate for win rates is because most of you run from gunfights. Of course, Warlocks are going to be high because they don’t run from gunfights and use their class ability to stay in the fight. Same can be said for the Titans but their class ability is much easier to fight against and they don’t really have an exotic that helps cater to that problem. What is even more crazy is the Rift can easily be taking out with a simple grenade ability. You Hunters have a bunch of exotics that cater to the use of your class ability that could help change the tide and you don’t even use them. Most of the exotics for the Warlocks are designed around the class ability or abilities in general. I guess most you of forget that huh when making that bias argument huh. If you gone use statistics to determine what class is better percentage wise, you might want to state the reason for that in all perspectives. I mean ask yourself, would you trade out your class ability for a stationary version??? If your answer is no, then you understand how strong your class ability is because I am sure there are a few if not many Warlocks and Titans who would gladly give up their stationary class ability for a dash or roll.
-
Both other classes have movement abilities. Don't act like they don't. Warlock win % is higher than the other classes and has been for almost 2 years. If Hunters were such a problem, they would be on top. But they aren't.
-
Edited by hate n payne: 3/14/2022 10:23:04 PMWhere are you getting your win percentages???? Show me the info. You need to stop acting like those win percentages aren’t dictated by a specific style of play based off an ease of use factor. Win percentages are based off ease of use, player’s experience in D2 and how teams are structured which can easily be deemed as controversial in the discussion of a skill ceiling or balance. You aren’t seeing players using Radiant Dance Machines or Vesper of Radius to win gunfights but I can guarantee you that players are using: Stompees, Gemini Jesters, Dragon’s Shadow, Wormhusk, The Stag, Boots of the Assembly, Secant Filaments OP Aspect, OEM, Sythoceps, Citan’s Ramparts, Crest of Alpha Lupi, Heart Of Inmost Light and Dunemarchers. These aren’t even all the exotics that help determine how the win rate is orchestrated and it definitely doesn’t calculate the META aligned with specific subclass choices by player that help reach that success. Anybody with brains can see how win rate percentages are calculated. I am simply discussing class abilities and the exotics that are lacking from or with them.
-
You just said that the Warlock win % is based off the playstyle of sitting in a rift dude. Win and and subclass usage percentages are found on guardain.gg. dawnblade has had the highest win percentage for a while. With dips every once in a while for a day or two. You keep contradicting yourself. All I'm trying to point out is you people keep complaining about Hunters and saying they get catered to or whatever and it's simply not true. You are free to look at this stuff on your own.
-
Edited by hate n payne: 3/14/2022 10:46:07 PMNo I didn’t. I said it has a lot to do with Hunter avoiding gunfights and Warlocks and Titans alike staying in their gunfights due to them having access to stationary class abilities. If you gone quote me, quote the entire thought. Yes, Dawnblade. The one class that has a similar style of play as a Hunter but in aerial form. Ask yourself, when did Dawnblade hit the top of the radar. It was right as Celestial Fire and the change to Icarus Dash became a thing even though Dawnblade was good before that but was much harder to use. I know this because I was one of the few who used to use the subclass before it receive the change and now I rarely ever use it due to what I got accustomed to and love about the original. Again, win percentage is based off ease of use regardless of what class it is and weapons, exotics and subclass capabilities play a huge part in it as well. The most annoying thing is usually the concept most players flock to for enhancing their win potential. Hunters are favored though. The amount of exotics each class has that is lacking is found to be way higher in Warlocks and Titans than Hunters. The problem is that Hunters have many more viable exotics whether it is neutral or tied to the class ability that are just great with the any subclass while the Warlocks and Titans are forced to play a specific style for the exotics or subclasses to be viable. Even some of specific concepts between the classes are night and day from each other. Just saying, I will gladly take Liar’s Handshake for the Titan’s Wormgod Caress or Winter’s Guile for the Warlock. I can easily name many more too. We don’t hate Hunters because of what you do have, we are pissed off that the Bungie has not applied the same sauce to our subclasses and this can be seen heavily in our appearance and viability of exotics. When your Warlock has the same gown with no actual gauntlet armor that seem cool or Titan with the bulky shoulder pads while watching the Hunter come out with some cool looking gear, it pisses you the F off. Trust me, I don’t have a hatred between the classes because I enjoy all three classes but when I have to look at my exotics, armor and subclass capabilities and see how neutered or restrictive they feel, it kinda gives off a bad vibe.
-
Said you didn't say that and then proceeded to say that you did and gave your own example. That's funny. You're still missing the point of my original comment. Just stop acting as if Hunters get special treatment and are the literal be all end all of pvp and have every advantage imaginable. Invis is good yes, but not broken. Every class has something going for it right now. Just leave them all alone
-
Edited by hate n payne: 3/14/2022 10:50:57 PMInvisibility is broken. You must be smoking some ish if you think for a second it is second to Overshield. I can always find ways to defeat an opponent who has an overshield but someone I can barely see is a whole different story. Bungie even went out of their way to ensure the Warlocks didn’t come out just as broken due to the lack of range and damage of the melee and the single tracking concept of the Void Soul. Nothing wrong with have different opinions though. That’s the whole point of being a human being and enjoying the ideas of a video game. Naw they are going to have to address it or players are going to lose interest. I say this for each class. PVP is already struggling enough with the lack of maps, map redesigns, horrific lobby balancing and matchmaking.

It goes away after 1 shot or charging a fusion. You still see them. You still see the light from a special weapon. It has audio when it activates. Audio when it de activates. It has AA. Use your awareness and stop relying on radar! This stuff should be common sense! I don't get it when you people just try and complain like it has no counter.
-
Edited by hate n payne: 3/14/2022 11:19:48 PMSame can be said about the overshield. It is right in front of you, use your weapons and your abilities. You have an option to challenge or not. Everything has a counter but the counter isn’t the problem, it is the annoyance.
-
I never said anything against overshield. There's no problem with it. It's annoying, yes. But it's not a problem. For the third time, every class has stuff going for them right now. Just quit the complaining
-
Edited by hate n payne: 3/14/2022 11:42:34 PMWho is complaining though??? I express my thoughts towards the issue but I am not complaining. Understand the difference. You do realize you are complaining about someone complaining about an issue right????
-
You are and have been Jesus -blam!- guy get a grip
-
Edited by hate n payne: 3/15/2022 12:21:13 AMOoooooo Another salty warrior. You need some pepper. Imagine coming to the forums filthy hot mad over an opinion. 😂😂😂😂 You are scary. (not) You gone have a heart attack for trying to control people thoughts especially on a forums designed for feedback.
-
The only person getting salty and complaining here is you bud lmao get a grip
-
Edited by hate n payne: 3/15/2022 12:24:40 AMI doubt that considering you are filtered out. Filters don’t lie nowadays in here. Keep being delusional though and tilted over words. One day someone will listen to your demands and today isn’t that day nor am I that person.
-
Lmao bud you're definitely lost touch with reality. Have fun with those mental gymnastics, you're cleary very upset and mad.
-
You were. About Hunters. Saying bungie obviously has a bias twords Hunters. When they don't.
-
Edited by hate n payne: 3/15/2022 12:19:08 AMAnybody with a brain can see how bias they are with the Hunter. You don’t even have to look at it from a standpoint of exotics or subclasses. Their appearance and how they gear look proves how they treat each class. The Warlock to this day still doesn’t have actual gauntlets and still has most of their gear as legit respawns and lack of effort written all over it. The same can be said for the Titans. Been wearing the same armor for about 1-2 years now because they all look unappealing but the Hunter I got more options. Why do you think there are more Hunters than the other classes despite the other classes being considered potent and having a higher win percentages???
-
It's clear the only one with a bias is you. That's sad. You won't listen despite being given fact on the matter. I'm not wasting time on you anymore. You aren't willing to see past your bias
-
You haven’t provided any facts though. All you have done is stated your opinion on the matter. Your win rate percentages doesn’t determine the usage rate for all subclasses and classes alike. It only showcases what players flock to much like the Trials META report. It showcases the outliers over the others. It showcases the favoritism. It is what it is. I didn’t come here to discuss this matter with you. I was waiting on the one who made the post to respond. Enjoy your day though.

Dude… the dodge ability is just now getting to the point where it might not be a spammable/broken PvP ability.
-
Never was. It's been nerfed multiple times.
