I shouldn't have to say what I'm referring to.
In my opinion no two existing perks could replace tracking and WoIfpack rounds.
So get creative people. Make up some perks that you think would make a better rocket launcher.... Try to keep it in the destiny realm of believable.

On impact, a lightning vortex forms sending out arc damage in the form of lightning bolts (think Titan's lightning grenade) in 360° from the source of impact. The vortex will shock all (surviving) enemies a total of 3 times before it fades away. Regular Perk: Tracking Selectable Perks: Reload Speed/Faster ADS/Bigger Blast Radius(wouldn't affect lightning range)

작성자: Grass The Untouchable 2/8/2015 12:07:06 AMAnybody ever heard of the R.Y.N.O. from Ratchet and Clank? I think that should be an exotic. It has tracking abilities that can highlight 4 enemies and hit each one with about 7 smaller rockets per enemy and cause Arc Damage. Each enemy hit then causes a wall of lightning if the enemies were close enough to link together the lightning. The lightning wall stays for 5 seconds causing staggering damage. 1 shot 5 capacity. 2nd row of upgrades To make it even more different from rockets it could have possible 1. Chain link duration increase by 3 seconds. 2. Capacity increase by one. And 3. Velocity increase to make each individual rocket faster. 1st row of upgrades (mixed it up I know) Blast radius wouldn't exist but instead chain lightning increase wall links. 1st upgrade is weak stats with minimal length of wall reach but best velocity. (So a clear over half velocity) 2nd upgrade would average out velocity and link length. 3rd upgrade would sacrifice velocity to 1/4th but make lightning link length to a good 1 point below max. For PVP you would only be able to aim at one enemy and just one simple 4 foot tall wall would be made and 4 feet wide for 5 seconds. Without any upgrades the rockets would just hit what you aim at and leave a wall similar to PVP. Yes this weapon doesn't have Blast Radius but instead it has chain link length/reach. Each explosion would still of course do small splashes about the size of a sticky grenade so it will have an okay blast radius.

Dragonsbreath with tracking and/or a blast that stuck to the target so they couldn't move away from it. Ghorn is effectively two rockets damage wise due to the impact then wolf pack so whatever tops it needs to have the same double damage or more.
