after I wrap up this week I can't see myself playing the game again anytime soon....but this isn't a rant, i'm not going to be one of those guys going on about how bad the game is yet played it for 5 months solid. Truth is, I had good times, I played it plenty - as much as married life with kids allows. I wouldn't even say that I am that bored... but I recognize that I've fallen into a pattern of logging on and completing various tasks like nightfall, raid, weapon exp as quick as I can before logging off. But there is no challenge there and there's little reward left - I still don't have a Gjallahorn, that's probably the last major achievement(if you can call it that?) I have still hanging over me. But friends have long since stopped logging in and now playing Dying Light.
I could keep playing another month or 2 like this, but I just don't see the incentive, i recognize i've become an addict and the game is no good for me, on a personal level. I've got games on my shelf I have yet to play or finish off, like Dragon Age, Far cry and Shadow of Mordor, games that don't demand that I absolutely must log in before reset that I can play at a much slower pace.... a change that sounds really good right about now to break free from my addiction.
In closing, I've enjoyed this game, the hours I have played it fully justify its cost. Yes it has its flaws (but what game doesn't?) I can't see myself return for HoW but I will be totally optimistic about Destiny 2. I enjoy these forums , so until I find a new home I will continue to be amused by the trolls whilst at work !
P.s I will mention however- this is the first Bungie game I have played and as a company, the image of Bungie that remains with me, sadly is a negative one. The hollow promises, lies and general shady way of going about things has left a slightly sour taste. I hope they take things back to the drawing board in terms of their business plan with Destiny 2, I hope they make it more about the people.

Your friends have the right idea. Go play another game, I constantly take brakes from Destiny. Sometimes a few days, my longest being a few weeks. I come back enjoy it. When it becomes a chore I go off and play something else. I mean if you watched the same movie over and over it would get old fast. Good luck

9 답변So leave, why the giant eulogy??!? I don't remember anyone asking for all the peoples whaa, whaa, whaaa, I quit posts. Just go away, nobody in the forums will notice or care. Maybe among those that you played with but you can express your, whatever you're trying to express to them directly. No need for a giant drama filled, bleeding heart forum post... Just go!

2 답변What is your problem? Buy a Super Nintendo and play Mario if you want gaming without glitches. Do you think it's the communitys job to determine Xur's inventory? You're just a self-appointed game critic like the rest of this community, doing nothing but whining about everything, rather than to contribute with something useful for a change. Idiot.

2 답변Right there with you fellow Guardian. I help run a clan w/ 65 adults in it "30 and older" most are already gone. I've been doing this since the Alpha and it has become very monotonous. With the foolish upcoming changes that they're making & the length of time they're going to take with HoW, it's time for a break. Downloaded the hard-line beta last night going to check it out today hopefully puts me in the mood to go back to BF4 for a while. Just another Guardian down good luck guys.

Same thoughts have been going through my mind bro. I've noticed it's become a sort of addiction for me too. Scrambling to get everything done every week 2-3 times and spending all my free time on it. Not good and annoying when you think about it. I'm getting tired of it too. The grind is too much for me. If it isn't for you that's fine. Everyone playing have as much fun as you can. I know I have. But I too need a break.
