(But the trophies dont lie!!)
Lets see what trophys have to say about destinys population, shall we!?
16.4 million people bought destiny. a couple difference census' have shown that that a large number of copies were bought for both systems. on the playstation dashboard, in the trophy collection it shows the % of how many people worked hard enough to get certain trophies. even if the number of people who synced they trophies is less then the amount of people who have, there is a large enough control group of people who have, to gather the data that we are looking at today. so we will use all 16.4 million copies sold world wide today. you can get away with 1% of the population as a control group that would be 164,000. guaranteed there is more than 164,000 playstations synced. most people want 5% when dealing with millions of people. this still only equals to 820,000. a fraction of the number of sales. so lets get to it!
17.6% of people have completed the raid and 11% have completed the hard raid. thats 2.8 million people who beat regular, and 1.8 million people who have beaten hard.
You know what other game less than 20% of people didnt get to the end game? DIABLO 3.
What about weapons, since not everyone raids and some people just pvp, grind dailys?
18.3 % of people have played destiny enough to get a fully upgraded legendary. 3 million people fully upgraded legendary, and and 2.2 million have fully upgraded exotics.
15%( i dont have my playstation here, but all three are around 15-16% so im grouping them together, even though they are separate trophies)of people have done enough grinding to get warlock/hunter/titans sub classes maxed out. which means 2.4 million people have played one of 6 sub classes enough to get them maxed out.
this is the one stat that i believe stands above all else all you have to do is complete bounties. its not new armour, or weapons that you would get randomly. its a pure statistic, because it does not require you to do anything other than what you already are doing.
destiny is not the game bungie wanted it to be.

And I'd be surprised if more than 15% of the people read your overly excessive bitch fest. Quit playing destiny. Go play my little pony or something like that with content suitable for your liking.

2 답변This post died 17986 posts ago when the first 'destiny is dying post was conceived'. Leave with dignity and grace if that is your wish, but please stop posting pointless threads about a game dying that obviously isn't. Destiny is dying because <insert random reason>. Yawn.

작성자: Jeepack 2/11/2015 9:17:48 PMStop whining... You expect too much from a game. I'm trying to be nice here cause it's easy to bitch slap someone that writes long ass posts about why they think destiny is their cheating wife or something, been done too many times. Not original. You sound like you're married to dinklebot and trying to break his balls.

Get some good friends. We all agree the same lacks content and if we played alone we would be done. However, once my friends sign in, it's always fun. The other night I did the weekly/nightfall 4 times. I was already done on my characters, but I enjoy helping them and playing together. If this game bores you and you have don't have a good group, then I don't blame you for leaving.

1 답변Was house of wolves delayed? I don't ever recall bungie saying it was coming out sooner. Am I missing something? Ps. Don't worry about the haters, they don't contribute anything to discussion. Their main purpose is to whip out their Edicks and piss every place they go to because they don't get enough attention in real life.

1 답변I've stopped playing since I can't get the black hammer to drop and I'm bored of doing the same shitty glitch and bugged filled raid over and over again. Not to mention the strikes are boring as shit now and I've grown tired of destiny. Yesterday was the reset and I didn't even touch the game. I'll be back for house of wolves when it comes out but until then it'll be battlefield hardline for me.

2 답변You had a lot of good points, but much of this has been said by others. I too lament the fact that this game was not exactly as promoted by Bungie since it was announced. But, looking back the current situation should have been expected. As I've said in some of my other posts, that doesn't make it right, and doesn't mean we should accept it, but we certainly shouldn't be surprised by it. With other online games, their player base comes and goes with each expansion, with each update, etc. For example, WoW loses millions weeks after a new expansion, and a good chunk come back when new hubs or raids are launched, to disappear a week or so later. Take a deep breath and get better. Also, some advice; never put all of your hopes on one thing.
That's asking for trouble and disappointment.
