Description:
When I click on any news on the main page e.g. Crota's end - Hard mode, I get only a blank page.
I can only click on the comments and read them. I cannot access the news from comments link either.
Older news produce exactly the same error.
(First time I noticed this 7.7.2014 but I didn't use the app often so I did not send a bug report. Now that I bought Destiny and use the app a lot, I would like a fix.)
I have tried the following:
a) changing private/public web browser setting change
b) turning on/off airplane mode, but as there is no carrier access, nothing changes.
c) deleted and reinstalled the Destiny app
Repro Steps:
1.) Open Destiny app
2.) Click news tab from left sliding menu
3.) Click on any news topic
Result:
Only a white screen with blue comments box
Expected Result:
The news page loads content.
Notes:
Make: iOS
Model: Basic iPhone 5 - 32GB model - Japanese
Operation System: iOS 8.1.3 (12B466)
Are you using WIFI?: Yes, only WiFi. I do not have a carrier.
If not: Carrier and data rate (edge, 3g, 4g, &tc.)
Device memory/memory available: 32GB/4GB
Version of the app: Ver. 3.1.4 build # 1363

2 답변I have had this happen a few times myself. Most of the time if I back out of the new update I am trying to see, and click on it again it will load up. It happens whether I am on Wi-Fi, or using a cellular signal so I haven't really seen a fix for it and I am not sure it is a huge problem for others. Its been happening for the last couple updates that have been done for the iOS app even though the updates are for "Bug Fixes".

1 답변I've had to let the news page to load for several minutes before. I'm also on a Japanese iPhone. Maybe just a lag time in response to the server request. It's never not worked for me eventually, just try letting it load for a bit. Closing my app entirely and reopening helps sometimes.
