1 답변The downside is that EVERYTHING will be easy. A Fireteam with all Gjallerhorns do strikes? Beat that in five minutes. Nightfall? Twenty. A Hard Raid? Under an hour. The game loses the challenge when everyone has a Gjallerhorn.

6 답변It's OP meaning they would have to make the entire game more difficult to compensate, forcing people to use Ghorn ALL the time. Or the game would be too easy, Atheon would die in one portal every time, the pinnacle of their creation. Or they would have to Nerf it to prevent these outcomes... And then no one would want it. It is the most powerful gun in the game by far, handing it out like candy would inevitably change gameplay.

I agree. Everyone having good guns makes stronger fireteams. There is no downside. I don't understand why people are elitists with exotics. No one cares if everyone has a vendor weapon. Despite the name most exotics are not elusive hidden weapons. Either xur sells them, you can get them from a bounty, or randomly from doing stuff. Only the bounties require any level of skill and it's still random when you're offered the bounties. Let everybody have good guns and be happy.

4 답변I just got it last week and don't even care to use it. Only reason i wanted it is so people don't kick you from raids just for not having it.

I don't care if they allow Xur to sell it again or not, I'm not someone who doesn't want others to enjoy something because I have it and they don't (if anything I'm happy to see people I run Raids or Nightfalls with get them). However I would hope that Bungie would rework the strike missions to accommodate for everyone having G-horn because there would be absolutely no challenge to any of them, even the Nightfalls would become stupid easy. It would be nice to have other things to play excluding hard mode Raids that pose a challenge.

2 답변It's not a bad thing, there's just a lot of special snow flakes on this forum that don't want anyone else to have the same toys they do. And if you say otherwise they'll write you letters telling you how angry they are.

14 답변작성자: TheNovafire 2/3/2015 8:53:50 PMEasy argument... 1. Bungie needs an active player base to pay for upcoming DLC material. 2. Gally is one of the top guns that players want to acquire. 3. Xur sells the gun. Everyone buys the gun. Even grandma logs on with her dial up modem. 4. No longer have something that drives you to play the game and quit till next DLC. 5. Next DLC comes out and you rethink your purchase since you have been inactive and playing a new game. Ergo...Money > Gally Edit: Spelling error

I don't understand the mindset that it is "too powerful" for everyone to have. Enough have it already that people request it for raids. So full fire teams are already rolling with it... The "we have it and it's too powerful for everyone to have but not to powerful for us" garbage is just people wanting to be exclusive. It reminds me of little kids trying to one up each other over toys. I don't have it yet and really could care less if it gets sold. It will pop up eventually. Being pigeonholed to one load out because of one weapon would get old too. Playing around with different loud outs is a lot of fun. $.02

1 답변"Shit, everyone in my fireteam has the Ghjallahorn so now raiding and strikes alike will be much easier! I hate you Bungie!!!!"
-
4 답변Everyone who currently has it would lose the thing that makes them feel special. And some people seem to have little going for them aside from this game so it would really be the end of the world for them.

4 답변
If xur sells it again?. Can you convince me that it should remain very rare?
On solar burn nightfalls, espicially this week, we burned priest alive in less than 5 seconds literally. And that was with 2 Ghorn and 1 IB. Yes it will make the game WAYYY easier if everyone has it. But break the game? That can't be certain until it actually happen.

2 답변My personal thought would be that it would lead to a nerf. Imagine a team with 6 maxed gjallahorns on the Templar. He would drop in 3-4 shields down. As great as xur selling it would be, it would be short lived. I just received my gjallahorn last week during the nightfall and it is not yet maxed, but I didn't fully understand how powerful it is before I actually got it.

5 답변I understand the concept that if you receive gjallahorn from RNG that it feels like a trophy, like you earned it. But if xur sold it, it would take away that value. I may be a minority, but I would love if everyone had a gjallahorn, whether it be raids or strikes or whatever I am always happy if the guy next to me has gjallahorn because its being put into good use. I understand its the best weapon of the game, but there's no reason why xur shouldn't sell it or why everyone shouldn't have one cuz this game seems to give people multiple gjallahorns before giving someone their first which always cracks me up.
