I actually make life sized replicas of weapons out of LEGO BRICKS. Highly accurate, multiple working functions, full scale... much better than your average rainbow colors. I have my stuff all over the internet and often contemplate making instructions. Would you guys buy them? http://www.mocpages.com/moc.php/397054 here is a link to my THUNDERLORD check it out! Also the "trifecta" pulse rifle: Http://www.mocpages.com/moc.php/399738
If you don't like my destiny stuff for some reason, check out my other builds! Lots of replicas of real life weaponry too.

If you hand-made each to every buyer, I would say $200 on average. Something like $100 per hand cannon, maybe? Depends on how much the pieces cost and time spent. Anything beyond $500 I would just build myself, though.

Once you add up the cost of Legos, R&D and then the cost of paying someone to put it together you are looking at some expensive costs. I would assume you would need atleast $200-400 for one of these? Am I way off? Not sure how much Legos go for these days.

작성자: Broken Messiah 2/2/2015 7:56:47 PMThunderlord looks amazing. I can't get the other one to come up though. *Edit: Had a weird copy/paste issue. The Trifecta looks awesome too! I can't imagine the amount of Patience and Time you must have put into these... Good work!

1 답변Ad a fellow MOCist, I gotta hand it to you...great job. I've been trying to find inspiration for a Destiny themed project and have been half working on a Devil Walker, with a couple Guardian minifigs. At the rate I'm going, I might have some pics around April. :))

2 답변If you sold kits and just the instructions I think you would make some money. The point of lego is to have fun building the kits. I would definitely buy the instructions, maybe the kit if I had enough money at the time, but I don't like buying put together models. I like doing it myself. When you start selling them, I'm definitely a buyer.
