No, no, no. Very bad idea for Destiny if trading becomes 'freely' allowed. As frustrated as you might be by the RNG loot system, surely the idea of being handed what you want will ruin the fun in wanting it? Where's the fun in continuing to play? Be honest, when got the Gjallahorn, Vex, Suros, Fatebringer etc. how did you feel? You felt happy but then you felt somehow empty didn't you? You asked yourself 'what next' didn't you? Trading will kill the addictive nature of the game which is why most people play it in the first place.
Now, having said that, trading with the other 2 members of your fireteam following a strike/nightfall etc. COULD work but needs careful thought.

I personally think trading would be a good thing. I don't play the game just to get guns. Sure, I am at the moment. But that's just so I can beat up everything like a boss. If there was some kind of cheat you could do that gave you all the best stuff, I would use it.

1 답변I think you work for Bungie or should since you obviously hate the Destiny community. You'd fit right in.

2 답변작성자: Adam 1/30/2015 7:47:38 AMI've been playing since day one. I usually raid 3 times a week, and run the nightfalls.... Here's the exotics I've had drop for me in the time I've been waiting for Gjallarhorn. Hawkmoon x5 MIDA x5 Truth x5 Suros x3 Patience & Time x 3 Monte Carlo x1 Hard Light x2 The Last Word x1 Plan C x1 Thunderlord x2 Icebreaker x1 And that's not counting the amount of exotic bounties I get. The RNG rewards system is broken. Xur is supposed to fix that somewhat, but when he sells something once and not again, it doesn't help.

2 답변ahould be able to trade with the fireteam until you are back in orbit. say you finish a nightfall and you get truth. you already have one but your buddy doesnt. you have until orbit to gift it to him. same situation for all rewards screens.

Trading would be stupid. I got everything possible from Crotas end in a week and now I just feel like doing it again and again is a waste. They went from making it really hard to get stuff from VOG to making it ridiculously easy in CE. There needs to be a balance.

1 답변If a feature needs to have limits and restrictions on when it can be used then that feature is obviously flawed and shouldn't be in the game.

1 답변Each cost is per player: Legendaries= 15 strange coins Exotic= 30 strange coins Raid weapons=20 motes of light Raid armor=35 motes of light Raid exotic= 50 motes of light All these costs plus the fact you'd have to trade something of equal value to make the trade would make it unbreakable. Please explain how this system could be used in the wrong way?

2 답변Being "handed" something isn't trading, it's gifting. If I have an exotic hunter helm which my titan cannot use, and my friend has an exotic titan helm which his hunter cannot use, why not let us trade? We both worked (I use that term loosely in Destiny) for the item, it just happens to be something we can't make use of for our character of choice. To answer your question about how I felt - Every time I get a weapon I already have 2 of, when what I really want is the one my friend has 2 of but which never drops for me - I feel like Destiny hates me.

3 답변Well, bungie and them claim this is an mmo, and all mmo's have trading... but still, I'm against trading in destiny. lol

작성자: Chingy8565 1/30/2015 12:17:19 AM
be honest, when got the Gjallahorn, Vex, Suros, Fatebringer etc. how did you feel?
Bought Gjallahorn and Suros from Xur, so to be honest it didn't feel that special as I was basically given them for free and there was no shock of getting them as a reward from nightfall, raid, engram etc. Fatebringer I didn't even realise how good it was when I first got it plus wasn't too bothered about handcannons. Vex I loved it when I first got it, then they nerfed it into the floor and I haven't used it since. Trading wouldn't be a big problem IMO, exotics are given out from Xur for free basically anyway, and the raid gear is ridiculously easy to get with the new loot system giving you basically full gear in 1 run.

Great points there. Personally, I think trading would work alright if it was only between items of equivalent rarity and weapon/armor. And had a big fee. Maybe twenty rare coins for exotics, less for legendaries, and only glimmer for commons and uncommons. If Exotics were 20 coins, it would basically be the same as buying a weapon from Xur.
