No, no, no. Very bad idea for Destiny if trading becomes 'freely' allowed. As frustrated as you might be by the RNG loot system, surely the idea of being handed what you want will ruin the fun in wanting it? Where's the fun in continuing to play? Be honest, when got the Gjallahorn, Vex, Suros, Fatebringer etc. how did you feel? You felt happy but then you felt somehow empty didn't you? You asked yourself 'what next' didn't you? Trading will kill the addictive nature of the game which is why most people play it in the first place.
Now, having said that, trading with the other 2 members of your fireteam following a strike/nightfall etc. COULD work but needs careful thought.
What do Guardians think?

2 답변Trading will only work when there is a large enough supply of different gear to allow it. Think Diablo 2. Also; if trading is to come, drops will need to be SIGNIFICANTLY reduced. Making even more of a "grinder" game. Think about it, diablo 2 has the following::
Weapons & Armor, Which could RANDOMLY have sockets to place Gems, Jewels, & Runes in. Gems: Chipped Gem, Flawed Gem, Gem, Flawless Gem and Perfect Gem. Jewels : Again with RANDOMLY created magical abilities. Runes : Magical Abilities which could also be pared into "words" for ADDED bonuses. (Around 33 I think?) Weapons & Armor also came in a plethora of different types such as; Normal, Magic, Rare, Crafted, Set, & Unique. Again. Even if obtaining the same piece 10 times, the "perks" WOULD be different. (Anyone remember the hunt for Ethereal Skullders?) Rings & Amulets. Not to mention the COUNTLESS prefixes & suffixes that added even more to the items. It also had Small, Medium, & Large Charms, all with SIMILAR, but still random abilities.
Destiny is no where NEAR the amount of items needed to uphold a trading system.

Yeah man running VoG for the 200th time is sure fun! Especially when I get red death for the fifth time. I have no use for five red deaths, might it make sense that I trade one/two of those five for a suros a gun I've never gotten after countless hours of doing the same stuff over and over. But that wouldn't be fun or rewarding according you so I'll just keep having fun getting the same stuff over and over again.

1 답변I have 3 32 characters and every exotic except hard light and 4th horseman and I don't really care if I get them but I still play the game. If they do ever introduce trading they need to get rid of a glimmer cap and make it so anything could be traded. For example if I get a GHorn I can put it up for trade proposals of like "3000 glimmer, 50 heavy synth and a legendary primary engram" for it, then I can go through the proposals and choose to reject them all or pick one to accept. If they do it like people suggest and only have it trade one exotic for another it does not make the game better or worse for me in any way so I don't even care. I would like to be a glimmer billionaire though, even though it means nothing.

작성자: Tru_Fluxx 1/31/2015 7:34:55 AMI agree. Trading would be horrible. Everybody would get what they want so easily. I have had 4 gallys drop for me, so I could just dish them out like hot cakes. I finally got the last exotic I needed to have all the guns, and that wouldn't have had the same sense of achievement of someone were to just hand me that hard light I so desired.

I would be happy if trading was completely limited to only being able to trade with people in your fireteam and only items that dropped in that run. Say I get Ghorn and my friend gets Thunderlord. We could trade them within 10 minutes of that drop. But I couldn't trade it to anyone that was not in that run.

10 답변Trading is doable, but needs to be thought out. Terms tht may work: Can only trade one exotic a week, must be exotic for exotic. person trading to must be on friends list for at least a week Legendary items are limted to one weapon and one armour per day (cant be to the same person though). And can only trade for other legendary items, and you can trade a weapon for armour and vice versa. Raid gear is bound to your account, but at the rewards screen, a trade can be offered to your fireteam. Once you leave reward screen, item is bound and cannot be traded. Obviously you wouldn't be able to trade to someone under lvl20, but tbh id raise it to lvl30 trading minimum. Maybe a few other limitations on trading. But if done right I think trading could be done and not break the game... But theres a good chance it could break the game lol

1 답변The only possible way any kind of trading could work is npc trading. I'd love to trade in my 1500 sapphire wire for glimmer or shaders or whatever. And weapon parts. Exchange 500 weapon parts for a radiant shard? I'd do it.
