My play station 4 does not go to the home page. I contacted Sony and their solution is to go on safe mode and select option 7. Meaning to erase the play station and update it as a brand new one which means my gaming progress file will be erased. I need help to some how back it up. ? I can not go to setting, the screen is black. I do not want to loose my progress on destiny. Any suggestions? Can destiny back it up themselves?? Please help
