Me: "Dude, why are you suddenly level 29?"
Dumbo: "Because I put the chest armour on that I just got."
Me: "WTF man? Haha, put your other chest armour on for now, you're not gonna do much to these enemies at 29."

He never did the raid (we looked him up and saw his 0 raid completions) but we took pity on him. He was acting like a douche acting like he was the boss and saying he watched the guides a billion times. We decided to pull a xylar on him (credit to Jeff the Cabal for making xylar up) Me- so do you all know what to do Noob- yeah we all know only noobs can't do this fight. We are doing all the work while the noob just stands around not doing much but deep throating his mic yelling at us for wiping like 3 times. He understands the basic premise of the fight but doesn't understand the island strategy and never calls out his location when teleported. When he isn't teleported, he mixes up the portals. We kill Atheon Me- everyone to the back, xylar will spawn soon Noob acts cool and runs to the back Me- do you know what to do? Everyone says yes but the noob didn't respond We ask everyone if they can see xylar. Noob- I can't see him for some reason. Why not? Me- xylar picks 1 person who can't see him. Only you can kill him but we need to guide you Noob- oh, I guess I'm always able to see him when I do the raid with friends (obviously lying) Me- we are all going to get teleported into another dimension and you need to shoot at xylar to bring us back. We can see him in the other dimension and we need to tell you where he is. Noob- ok Me- I will promote you to leader because we can lose the checkpoint if the blind guy isn't leader. Noob agrees and I promote him. We all leave the fire team and mute our mics laughing so hard because we here him being confused. I unmute my mic and hold in my laughter. Me- he is behind you! Shoot him with everything you got as fast as possible or we won't be able to hear each other. He is shooting the air (or we assume so because he sounded like he believed me) Me- oh no you were too slow! We are losing communication! I kicked him from the party and explained it was a troll in a message. He wasn't mad, actually pretty happy especially because he got his first Atheon kill and thanked me. Did I take that troll too far?

Does he not understand what we're doing currently? *Meanwhile he's still repeating Stevie Wonder in the background* Random: Stevie Wonder man! *wipe* It became apparent to me after the wipe, that Stevie Wonder was a blind musician and that we was trying to say he needed a cleanse but -blam!-.. Why didn't he just say that? Jeez.

2 답변The group of guys that I always raid with have a rule that we alternate between who uses whatever relic is in the raid we are doing so everyone gets experience. This week we were finishing out our rotation while facing oryx and we told the guy that all he has to do is jump from the starting point onto the first platform and then keep jumping until he gets the relic. After 4 runs of us hearing him say that he's not getting it and us dying I decided to watch him. Turns out he thought he just had to keep jumping on the first platform repeatedly until the relic appeared....

1 답변this guy was sleeping (snoring through mic) he had his control on vibrate (we knew cause evrytime we would shoot him a tapping sound will happen), we started shooting him and his control vibrated of the table (we heard the impact on the floor lol)

doing hard crota during house of wolves dlc. everyone else wearing PoE armor so I knew I was in for it. I'm running sword and some guy takes it upon himself to tell everyone when to fire. he kept telling everyone to fire right when crota got up. when he's still immune.

So I joined one of my friend's raid. (KF) We were doing fine considering that my friend and his four buddies just started Destiny when the Taken King released. So I was helping them out and things were going smoothly considering it was their first time. Then we got to Totems. We lost twice because they were new- so I cut them some slack. Then on our third attempt someone started shooting the acolytes as soon as they spawned- we all lost our supers then after a rotation two people died on the other side then we were killed. So before we spawned in I told them not to shoot because it starts the encounter. We spawned in then someone started shooting- we lost again due to totems. I then explicitly told them again not to shoot. We Spawned in- nobody shoots. Someone is in their menu- so I tell everyone to wait a sec. The the person who was in their menu starts running to the acolytes and begins to shoot at them. We lost again because we didn't expect him to do it. While in the death menu I asked him - I was now a bit agitated- why did you shoot them? I told you not to shoot them yet. He then said- "Oh no, its fine my pistol has a silencer so they can't hear me shooting at them." Huge Face-palm.
