My fireteam had a guy that tried it. Edit 4. Oskyllao has the necrocasm. It is in the loot table but my theory is that the drop rate increases the more you complete it with receiving loot. He probably deleted a character after running through on hard and did it til he received the crux, just like how some people got to level 32 the week of the dlc launch. It would still be impossible to aquire it if you didn't do this technique this first week which is why no one has it. Congrats for his time consuming work.
