I've had this game since day 1. I have around 96 hours in this game. 96 hours is 4 days of just playing destiny. So, please, enlighten me on how the living hell some people have 400, 500, hell I've seen some people with 1000+. I get dead bored of this game after an hour or two of playing.(if none of my friends are on, if they are, then it's around 2-3 hours) What is there to do after the daily? The bounties are just boring as hell to me, and I find myself turning off the system and doing something else. I read this story of a guy who plays destiny because it's for his brain therapy after his 11 brain surgeries, so I can completely understand if he has a bunch of hours, along with others who have had issues, whatever they may be, but how can the average person have 400-1000+ hours in the game?
EDIT: Yes I changed some things. I've realized (not completely on my own) that some people want to spend every second of free time playing Destiny. And that's fine. I have around 1300ish maybe more probably less hours in Skyrim, but that game has been out for 3 years.
Edit: how does this have 400+ replies?

작성자: Psifour 1/25/2015 10:08:42 PMI suffer from some rather serious psychological issues that force me to put up walls when I am out of the house. Due to this gaming, social media, and IMs are my primary outlet for my sociable personality. I have just under 600 hours on my primary character and over 1k if you include my deleted characters (this does not include time spent idling or just talking in the tower) I love being social and productive so not being able to live my life properly is rather painful and upsetting.

Hardly play anything else. I'm not a hardcore gamer, but I am a solid one. I have a PS3, see no reason to upgrade just yet (probably soon, though). Not to mention I don't play online much. Hardly any FPSs. Hence the PS3 and it's better-single player games. Add to that my rotation of games is limited to 2-3 (Destiny being one of them); and it's usually older titles that I can finish in a few weeks during a few sit downs (just bought RE4 HD). So I finish a single player game and that's pretty much it; Destiny is kinda in between. It fits my schedule, my play style (haven't done Raids), and it's a game I can come back to regularly. Idk about a 1k+, that seems incredible for any game so soon. But 400+ seems about right for an avid Destiny player.

4 답변It's MMO's for you. You need massive amounts of playtime to keep up with the top people and not get left behind. There was one MMO I played called Runescape, used to be a decent game 3-4 years back, but I had just over 400 days, yes DAYS playtime on that. That happened across many years, I still managed to finish school with high grades, attend college, met my girlfriend etc... though I guess you said normal people, I have Insomnia so I don't sleep very often, guess I don't count? :D

I get bored playing by myself, but I've been playing with a con for a while now and now it's just hop on, join party and then there are always thing going on, raid, strikes, weekly, glitter farming, bounties. So it's not bad knowing that I have any where from 3 to 12 people popping in and out. That's they only way I've been totally into this game.

3 kids, married= no social life lol. I cook I clean and I work full time but when it comes to down time, all my friends are also married with kids and our schedules rarely allow us to hang out so, joined the DoD and most of my free time is raiding with my clan bros.
