Heart Of The Praxic Fire
How many of you actually have this? Seems to be super rare. Still waiting on mine..

1 답변Most under rated exotic in the game. It literally doubles your Super. I always forgot about it until the week before Xur sold it people would make multiple threads about how many motes they spent trying to get it. Xur then sold it, and I bought it. Holy crap, it turns the SunSinger into such a beast. In fact it makes Radiance the most destructive Super out there. This NF a guy and I went ham and started chucking grenade after grenade against Septis Prime. We cleared out at least 12 majors and pretty much started chaining supers together. It wasn't until we got over confident and bunched up before the drop ship did us in. (Haha). Add Song of Flame and your fire team can chuck 24 grenades by the time Radiance is over. That's over 24,000 damage in seconds from single damage targets. It's amazing. Absolutely amazing.

There is insufficient praising of the sun in this thread. I am allowed to borrow the power of the sun, for in my grasp I have, in my possession, the Heart of the Praxic Fire. [b]Praise the Sun.[/b][spoiler]I got mine the nightfall before the DLC dropped, I was elated. This was truly the only exotic that I wanted, and RNG complied with my wishes. It was on the solar burn Nexus Mind strike, and I was soloing it. The boss was almost dead, so I decided to invite my brother and his wife who just logged on into the game before I finished it. The boss died after 1 more rocket was fired, and then came the rewards. See, I had never seen the icon for HotPF before. So at first glance, I saw a warlock chest piece as my reward (I had given up on looking at the drop feed due to disappointment), and thought it was VV. I then realized that they weren't the all-too-familiar item I saw every week at Xür, so I scrolled over it, and I saw that I got my Heart of the Praxic Fire. [/spoiler]

작성자: Corrick II 1/22/2015 2:33:41 AMIt's rare and only slightly more useful than Starfire Protocol (because the extra grenades don't stack). Either one is really only good if you want extra ammo for fusion and heavies. If you've got a warlock you're better off wearing the exotic helmets (and maybe gauntlets, but I prefer the helmets).

작성자: PSMedri 1/22/2015 2:02:27 AMI got it out of my very first legendary engram back in September on my warlock. Unfortunately, it's now sitting in my vault, fully upgraded to 2.0 stats, because the exotic gloves are better. (Claws of Ahamkara)
