Yeah I kinda started that trend in the beta. There was a topic about what everyone was going to make character wise and I gave a good 3 paragraph answer for each class.
TL; DR version of it was Human Hunter, Exo Titan and awoken Warlock.

"Loads of people" when the Alpha only received a very small number of invites requiring you to either be a big time youtuber, part of a game reviewing site or register before June 11th last year (limites slots) of which it was only open for 4 days (yeah, I played it too go figure). I doubt there was a huge following of "This race plays this class" going on at that time. I'm saying that after that post, is when more people from the forum perspective, started following that trend most likely.

It was a general consensus of the classes to be honest. Humans suit the hunters because they walk in the wilds of their own planet. The titans are war machines so Exo and the Awoken are a race both mysterious and advanced so warlock. It's really not hard to figure out, it'd be nice if you got off your pedestal but I'm gona mute you instead since people taking credit for shit they don't deserve annoys me, Ciao

Muting me as a way to prevent having a discussion, sure take easy way out. Those were not the reasons I gave them in my post, which goes into greater detail than a simple answer of war machines, hippies and mysterious . . .
