I'm wandering what y'all's experience is with running the sword between the different classes. Warlock, Titan, Hunter. Which one does it better or worse?

5 답변Horrible how when u jump with the sword with warlocks and titans you float in the air for like ten minutes . Hunters you have no issues

3 답변I always do sword as a warlock and have no issues. Getting used to the jump is a little weird but I'm fine with it.

I prefer Titans and Hunter the same amount.. warlocks just seem sooooo slow with their glide! However, it could honestly all be in my head. I've heard alot of warlocks do good with it but it just feels wrong for me.

I would imagine Warlocks with their Mary Poppins glide, but whenever I see those rockets coming in, the glide seems to allow me enough time that when I actually do get to him he's just going down. Perhaps it balances out my impatience.

3 답변Probably warlock, jump is too slow and not as high as titan. Titan has highest jump and hunter can get in crota platform the fastest.

1 답변This is really a no brainer and there is really no room for argument. The worst class for sword holding is Titan and Warlock. A Blade Dancing Hunter will always be the best. once they finish stomping Crota with the sword all they have to do is drop the sword... blink strike and dance until Crota falls to his knees again. If done right Crota can be demolished in one or two burn phases easily.

1 답변My experience leads me to believe that Hunters are the best then Warlocks then Titans. But if your strength is 100% then youll do a good job with the sword no matter what class.

1 답변작성자: VesuviusE70 1/20/2015 4:12:10 PMClass is irrelevant. All I do is jump then use two R1 dashes across back to my rock, then repeat. Unless one class R1 dashes faster than another, there shouldn't be a difference.

When it comes to striking and dealing damage, each class hits and does the same damage when they are of the same level. When it comes to getting the hell out of dodge with full raid gear maxed, Titan definitely lifts (jumps) faster, then a Hunter and Warlock using blink, followed by Bladedancers second jump and a Gunslingers third jump, followed by a Warlock initial boost glide. I wouldn't say warlock jump is the worst but it is the slowest escape short of jump off the middle of the bridge using the Right Bumper, or R1 if you're on PS4, to thrust forward and escape. I use all 3 characters at level 32, and I honestly hate the Titans lift because the duration of the lift is very short — that being said — I find the Titans lift to be the best versus Crota because I can jump up from the Swordbearers area and attack Crota from anywhere. The moment the Swordbearer, and steps out the door, I can kill him and pick up the sword, jump straight upward from center, and I will already being in Crotas face. The warlock can also perform this as well — slightly slower. The Hunter has to first jump on to the top block where the Chalice normally is before he can manage to jump up to that area. Other then that, it's up to the user. I have no issues using any of my classes because I've learned how they work in raids and in crucible. It's just up to each person getting used to their character.

I think class only really matters at lower levels.. once you have a group of 32s and you're dropping him in 2 swords.. class .. really shouldn't matter.. lower levels hunter wins because they can melee invis after first down on a sword and stay on platform.. with a titan it's very easy to stand on the chalice platform versus the left side rock which puts you closer to crota.. and warlocks.. I'm still working on mastering blink.. but I imagine blink (once mastered) could be used to very great effect especially with the added difficulty for crota to lock on to a blinking target if you get up a second or two too early and have to dodge around. as long as you can get high enough the sword melee is the fastest method of movement for any class. I apologize for the unbiased and honest assessment. should have just cried master race something or other.
