Why do some guys create female characters
It baffles me that guys create female characters, but why, is it that u wish u were a woman or are you just so much of a perv and this is the closest that some of you will come to being with a woman.....please explain

I have one female character currently, and she's not even my main. My main is a male Titan, after leveling him up to 29, I made a male Hunter, after leveling him to 29, I made a female Warlock and leveled her up to 29. After I found out I really didn't like their play styles I deleted them and replaced them with Titan counterparts, one male one female. Having a different gender breaks up the monotony of seeing the same looking build on every character in my opinion. Put it this way, whether you're Human, Exo, or Awoken, you face is the only thing that changes, the body build is the exact same across all races. Changing gender switches up the body style, and it seems fresh. Every other "MMO" out there differentiates body build with races as well as gender, Destiny went with a standard race option which didn't do anything to differentiate look between races except for the face, which is ultimately kind of boring.

The reason I've seen among my friends is that it's something different. The animations and sounds are even different, it just gives a chance to have a little bit of spice in the never ending grind that is destiny. And for those of us who like RPGs we are used to making multiple characters of different race and sex because it changes the story...so in Destiny I guess it's just out of habit.

Are you not comfortable with your own sexuality and therefore project your insecurities on others, as though we're the ones with a problem? Perhaps, you feel women are inferior as you feel you're the "alpha male" and cannot comprehend why women are in the game? (That'd be a dick move btw) Maybe it's just a game and people can play any way they feel they want to play a video game, that also features aliens and monsters and robots, yet girl characters are the strange thing. Don't be silly. Just accept it.

Because women are inherently better than men in any situation and representing them in a game is cool. Especially when I can play as a female woman of color. Games need more option to play as girls because I would pick them every time.

So does it make girls pervs for playing games with only male protagonists? This would also mean men couldn't play metroid because the protagonist was a female. Same for perfect dark, bayonetta, half of the resident evil series, etc. Honestly if this is your topic of choice to bitch about then find a new game you sexist -blam!-.
