NO 31s IN HARD RAID
Unlike Hard Mode VoG, 31s [b]are not inherently viable.[/b] Meaning they won't be very effective. Hard Mode Crota's End will be [b]Lv 33[/b], making [b]Lv 32s one level below.[/b] If you thought it was hard doing VoG with 29s, then you'll understand. They died so easily. So this means [b]Lv 31s in CE = Lv 28s in VoG.[/b] How many Lv 28s would you take in Hard Mode VoG? Exactly. [b]Play normal and level up. I'll be glad to invite you once you are of level.[/b] This isn't about being elitist, it's about being efficient. No one likes spending hours in raids because of people getting one shotted by hobgobs, or in this case, one hit by knights.
Edit #1: [b]I am not saying that I will never accept 31s. I'm simply stating for the first few goes. We all want loot ASAP. Playing with lower damage output as well as higher damage taken on the team isn't best.[/b]
Edit #2: To everyone calling me bad, my Raid/PvE stats are probably far better than yours. Secondarily, I never said that 31s aren't skilled. I'm just saying it's easier with 32s. Why choose to have a deficit?

3 답변So a level 32 who cheesed everything, can't hold his on in the pit, can't kill his Gatekeeper, doesn't use heavy on the shriekers, runs in and stays at summoning crystal, and is like a lapdog during Crota is better than a 31? Ok

Personally, I think with the amount of bugs in this raid, the hard mode will be completed solo by a few 31s until deathsinger and then they can join a team to deal with it all. It's not as hard or as difficult as VoG hard mode.

3 답변dude this Raid is so much easier the only time it will matter is maybe Deathsinger and definitely Crota himself - even then a 31 can be easily on Boomer duty believe it or not, equipment matters just as much as light level

If you have a dedicated raid group sure you can play with lower level guardians. The reason I prefer fresh starts is that by the end we are a cohesive fireteam. Croata or even Aethon cp only can be painful. No one has established their roles. Their is no trust between the players. In random groups level 32 will be preferred if not requirement. At level 32 everyone knows you have done the raid a few times. Probably numerous times, even with cheese. The players will probably have maxed out 331 guns and both subclasses maxed out. Please level 31's don't cry about how great you are and how elitist the 32's are being. Run normal till you have the armor and shards. I have a level 31 Hunter that I don't expect to run the hard mode to completion. I will post "Level 31 looking for other level 31's for fresh hard mode. Let's see how far we get!" I will not beg level 32's to carry me through the raid.

My clan intends to run 32s though first bc we have enough for 2 runs. With one left over also we will run 31 ones if possible after we've see and conquered. We ran a 27 through Vog hard with a 29 so this could be possible. But even our 3 members stuck at 31 knows we will run them through normal Tuesday for them to be 32. I have a lvl 30 that will only do normal this week. Bc I refuse to use energies to make shards. Till I have more than required for raid primaries.

Don't be offended.[/b][/quote] im totally with you its like 40% to 50% dmg reduction and everything pretty much 1 hits you. for the 1st 2-3 weeks i wouldnt bothere playing hard raid even with my 31 warlock. to put it simple your a extra bagage for the team having to specifically give certain jobs to someone just coz you wont make this or this happen. not to mention getting 32 is really not that difficult all pieces drop now on normal , get exotics + eris exchange of shards.
