Please don't lie about having sword experience.
So, this guy--who was a level 32, mind you. We let him get the sword because he was the highest level in the lobby.
Me: You know how to use the sword right?
Guy: Yeah, yeah, Done this a ton of times.w
Guy immediately runs to Crota with the sword and starts hitting him with his shield up.
Me: Longest facepalm ever.

I have it but my team is set up for another weirder. I don't call out I just make sure he is done before he get to him. Unfortunately my team couldn't handle a Titan doing it I get up there so much quicker. So I told someone how I do my job. I said we all 32 right I just need all primaries except one. You have 331 Ghorn like me when I pick up sword launch one when I say jumping launch second regardless. Simple did him legit in one sword actually pop my own ward and helped rocket. 3 kneels. I see so much bc I've done all jobs and explored room. I rarely shoot adds and I don't screw with sword bearer as the rocket guy. I sit up top in front of center window and move Crota opposite side if needed. Usually have enough rockets when we leave the room my FoH wipes one whole side of well placed.

1 답변Would it be hard for bungie to implement some stats we can check on teammates on raids? How many times done, what parts the most, how many times with relic/sword? One can dream.

How the -blam!-? I know people who straight up go into atheon hard with me and don't know how to use the relic. Which sucks coz I had 3 of them one time and they all went into the right portal...yeah that was a wipe

2 답변Lol, I ussually don't carry sword but my group was using their alts that raid run. I was the only 32. Its hard, not gonna lie. If I wasn't 32 I would have failed. Did it first try though .

65+ clears as a sword bearer. I prefer to run the sword on my Warlock now, since he's 32. My Hunter is only 31, but the invisibility helps a lot. As a 32, Crota is dead before the Ogres. As a 31, Crota is 25% during the Ogres, and dead in the next sword.

Had a guy troll us once. He said he could use the sword and killed Crota a bunch of times so we let him run the sword. As soon as he picked it up he jumped on the bridge and started blasting the song "I believe I can Fly". He proceeded to jump through the air doing the normal attack so he floated as he sang a long. It was pretty fun and irritating so he was booted immediately. Sometimes LFG sucks.
