작성자: d_Orbitalsplit 3/11/2015 12:45:19 AMI get the earned vs bought argument, but I find it a pretty lame discussion topic. I bought mine. They should be sold again. They are fun weapons and everyone should have a chance to enjoy them. I get the need for justifying some level of exclusivity, but it comes across as petty when you ask people if it's okay that not everyone has access to this brand new thing that you got. This reminds me of the story of the new governor of Texas. He was just some lawyer in Houston when he decided to get drunk one night and trespass on city property. Unfortunately, a tree fell on him and he became paralyzed. Following this he sued the city government and won. He won a cool 10 million dollars. Then, with his money - granted to him for his own stupidity - he ran for attorney General. He won, and with his ability to influence the legal system he, with others, pushed to reform laws that would pay out in accidents, just like the one he had. The maximum for an injury such as the one Mr Abbott has is $250,000. So, my point is that now you have a bit of the power koolaid, i.e. ice breaker, but you refuse to have anyone else enjoy the same perks is hypocritical. Again, I understand the earned vs bought argument and find it a petty one, at best.

1 답변It doesn't break the game, lots of people have the Icebreaker but use blackhammer, the Gjallahorn is a boss killer, if it means that much to you that the group you're in must have Gjallahorns, people can use forums to get a group. Bungie claim that you will get all exotics at some point in your play time with the game, so did they plan to break the game and yet give it a 10 year span? It doesn't make sense people, yes it'll be slightly easier, but a good weapon a good player it does not make!

작성자: TrulyBobBarker 3/10/2015 6:24:51 PMGot both of them before TDB even came out, have no care if others get these via Xur. Honestly why would I think I earned any exotic when my first Suros came from a .7 kd ratio in my second game of crucible, this was within the first week of this game so how had I earned it not even being level 20.

Okay I know what your saying and it is an amazing feeling when you get an awesome drop. But, some times the code just won't allow for it to happen. Here's what I'm talking about. I have been playing since day one. I never had an ice breaker drop or any auto rifle exotic or scout rifle. Basically any primary. I had a total of three thunder lords a gjallarhorn and other secondary and heavys. I have several friend who have also played since day one and never received the weapons that I have but always get the ones I want. The loot system is flawed. I don't what the combination is to getting what you want or need is but I think in many ways developers know it's flawed and by allowing the selling of some of these weapons is the only way some people can get them. I know it's been said that its just a gamble on what you get but I think it's more than that. Why do some people have better odds than others for certain types of weapons .

If you want people to insult you just go ahead and ask, don't have to go around doing post like this, either that or you are just a scrub that doesn't even understand destiny and reward system which makes you not worthy of anybody's time

I got Icebreaker through rng in the crucible. Now, I was happy I got it, but I didn't feel like I earned. It didn't feel like trophy. It felt like it was randomly handed to me, which it was. Now, when I completed the Thorn bounty I truly felt like that was earned by me and was a trophy. Stuff I buy from xur doesn't feel as much as a trophy as the exotic bounties do, but I still feel I earned it more than when I get stuff from rng.

Got icebreaker from Nightfall, got ghorn from VoG exotic chest. I hear your opinion but politely disagree. I wouldn't mind if he sold the ghorn or icebreaker so everyone has a chance to get one. My friend was lucky enough to get ghorn from an engram very early on, I just recently received mine some hundreds of hours later.
