Girl Gamers
Does anyone else feel like there are too many dude voices in this game???

8 답변As a girl gamer, I've had the bad luck of running into douchebags when I play; guys who assume I suck at the game because bewbs and treat me like a newb. When I've played with other girls, I find that they're better leaders and they're more patient, whether guys just want to boss me around and act incredibly aggressive. I'm not saying this is a must for all guy gamers playing with a girl gamer. I'm just saying I've had the misfortune to run into all the bad ones.

52 답변작성자: MissFortune 21 1/12/2015 2:08:54 AMDames of destiny (female clan) has an ally group called Safegamers where guys that supports the dames and wants to play with other clan mates or the dames can team up. Lots of lovely mature people in there and I can highly recommend it. I know it sounds a bit excessive (and i whish it wasn't necessary) with all female clans and a male support clan but every single girl I've played with has had problems with immature and offensive behaviour which is why this clan exists. Anyway, check it out if you want. Edit: safegamers are found here : http://www.bungie.net/en/Clan/Forum/598506 The whole point is that its a group of guys that are nice players and don't treat girls badly because they are girls... So if we try to get a raid on the go we can look at the safegamer list and get a team together. Edit 2: I believe there are members on all consoles

Although most guys seem it try to just play without noticing, there are many times where guys are just plainly annoying to the girls or even people with girl avatars. Sure it doesn't happen much but it happens enough to where they try not to be a presence in the game, which is kind of a bummer since they can't seem to fully enjoy the game without a thirsty guy coming at them or following them around the tower for ten minutes. (Which happened the other day to a friend. Granted it was funny to watch it dis kinda get out of hand.) Either way, they are very much there.

Hella bitches play black ops 2 zombies. Most are wack but I got a blonde friend hippy chick 250,000+gamers score. I got her into achievemnts. I could never get the mile high club cheevo untill she did it. I was like "no way this bitch is going to get this and I can't" lol we used to battle guitar hero 3 online drunk as hell man I was like 18 at my parents house full blown alchoholic. This girl has been gaming for at least 15 years when I met her and that was 10 years ago. Straight up hippe chick could whoop all your asses. By the way I was talking about my dog so and that's proper terminology/fashizzle for her. I don't curse

Also to respond to the "actual" context of the question a lot of games do this sort of thing when it comes to male dominance in voice acting or general characters. But I feel when they bring in nee DLC there will be more. (Current character as an example.)

1 답변I've played with a woman once, but never heard her voice... Idk, if it were a raid, I'd honestly wouldn't talk to her. But, then again, I don't talk to anyone period if I don't have to.

2 답변I find it odd, because I know at least a dozen girls who play Destiny – but they don't talk if there's another girl in the same fireteam, so it's all the guys who are talking. Huh.

I'm a married former Naval officer with the SOG and have spent a good number of years travelling throughout many foreign countries that aren't afraid to employ women as soldiers (allies and enemies) and have found them to be ferocious fighters often occupying leadership roles within their militias. I would love if more women played Destiny and actively engaged in chatter as guys can be boring. The great thing about this game is that it seems to be for pretty much anyone yet there are some that want to discount girls as not being gamers. Times have changed. I'm actively looking for a good Clan of good people and would gladly play with women as I believe them to be more level-headed and tactical in their gaming. You can't always run into a raid, guns blazing. Just my thoughts.
