I did purchase the DLC, and still enjoy playing the game. However, I agree with your points. Logic would dictate that alienating your paying customer base would not be a good long term plan for the franchise of the game. Allowing a company to lock out previously owned content should not be supported by any player. The next question for Bungie and Activision…do we as consumers decide to purchase the next DLC? Every player has formed their own opinions as to the value of the first DLC. Money is a powerful motivator.
