I finally grinded PvP and got thorn.
I actually used atheons epilogue for a vast majority of the kills and it only took 4 hours from bounty pick up to completion. This is one of the few weapons you really have to work hard to get.
Edit: thank you to everyone in allowing me a small victory, and ignoring my lack of crucible play time. I appreciate it guys and girls!
Edit 2: to everyone that is currently doing the bounty for the first time, or 3rd time. Keep pushing and you can do it! Good luck guardians, greatness awaits you!

1 답변Congrats - get the perks leveled up and it is a fun gun to use in both sides of the game.

In the middle of it now, I hate pvp and I'm doing the same with atheons epilogue. Can't seem to level up past 150 points. Get battered by fusion rifles. Keeping the bounty on the back burner for a bit until I can get the epilogue to 300. But pvp is torture for me Congratulations pal

I have put off getting it since the first time I saw the bounty- I was able to get through all of the bounty today and do the final mission solo (that was hard even as a 32). Now that I have it- have played with it a bit... I really like Thorn :) I am glad I finally decided to play for it!

That's awesome. I have the bounty and am working on getting Epilogue to complete it as I'm not that great at the crucible and only manage around 50 or so points a match in rumble. I'm hoping to knock VOG out tonight and maybe I'll get lucky and get it.

I finally got through the PvP portion Saturday and last night. With no Atheon's Epilogue, I played a lot of Combined Arms and used Praedyth's Revenge along with Zombie Apocalypse (with a handy field scout perk) and being a heavy ammo whore to get it done. Still need to do Xyor - hopefully tonight so I'm set to level up Thorn starting with Nightfall on Tuesday.

I got my thorn Friday night. Itvwas my second time with the bounty. The first time I had it on my warlock and just couldn't do it. So I deleted it. Got it hours later while playing on my main. I am see atheon's epilogue/final rest/truth. Final rest was my MVP during the crucible. After getting thorn I feel on love with it

1 답변Congrats! I set a new personal record for myself, managed to get that part of the bounty done inside roughly 40 minutes on my warlock alt. Atheon's Epilogue, Swordbreaker & Truth made it pretty damn easy (being good at Crucible helps too lol, despite the horrible lag/netcode) Get a good team if you can (I ran with randoms) and play Skirmish. You can get more kills in Control but you're less likely to die in Skirmish with a solid group of buddies.

25 답변Awesome! I did this recently as well. The Thorn is the only bounty weapon I feel like I was rewarded with something that matched the amount of work I put into it. Invective, sucks Bad Juju - sucks Pocket Infinity - meh, its pretty good, bounty not hard tho Super Good Advice - ha, ha ha, ha ha ha, crap Thorn - brilliant weapon
