Does anyone know how to obtain this set of armour? I know it should be purchasable by the Warlock vanguard but she doesn't seem to have them any more. Are they simply not available any more to new players? the Dusk Tread III seem to have the same attributes but the Nerigal Savant looks far nicer IMO.
