Blind Invites
Does anyone else find them to be seriously annoying?
To clarify. A blind invite is when someone invites you to game without telling you what for.
It's good to see I'm not alone in this, hopefully the blind inviters can be reminded that a little courtesy goes a long way.

You know what's worse than that? I once got a invite but the guy actually said something. It was "join me for weekly". And man I was fúcking happy. every single invite that I ever got was a blind invite. And just because that guy wrote something, I joined. and I had already completed all weekly. So I joine the guy who had a 23 friend with him and the host loaded the weekly heroic on lv 24 difficulty. I was 31, so I just destroyed everything on my way, including the boss. The strike ended, we got to the reward screen, and they both got the strange coins, I obviously got nothing. Then we returned to orbit, and I sat there for 5 minutes. Why? I was waiting for a message saying "Thank you". No message tho. They clearly saw that I had completed before and was there just for help.But not a single fúcking message. Hell, I would be so happy if just one of them messaged me with a simple "ty".

Anyone in my raid team I tell to send a message not an invite. No one seems to join them, and they are very annoying not knowing what you are going to join into. I joined into one, sat around for a half hour not knowing what we were doing (probably normal VoG) and then I left.

2 답변Yeah, I usually switch to my 31 gear in the tower because I get random invites when I join the tower as a 32. Like atleast take the time to send a message or invite me to a party first.

I got one from a random while farming the stairs in the steppes. Against my better judgement i accepted. Flew to Orbit(because just entering his party is too easy) before i got in, the party leader booted me. Effing troll. So i muted reported and blocked him. When i got back to the steppes rngesus blessed me with the same server. (Even though i blocked him) So i danced the no spawn dance until he left. Never accept a random invite.

6 답변Yes, random tower invites with no explanation and even invites from my friends with no explanation are incredibly annoying. I also hate when people just drop into my game. I'm always down to play, but I find that rude.

작성자: Slimm City 1/4/2015 10:35:37 PMA good solution for all of this would be to simply have Beacons or more indicators that you can set for the week so that people know what tasks you need to complete when inspecting your character. The only thing we have right now is the nightfall indicator around your head so that friends know if you need to do the nightfall or not.
