Blind Invites
Does anyone else find them to be seriously annoying?
To clarify. A blind invite is when someone invites you to game without telling you what for.
It's good to see I'm not alone in this, hopefully the blind inviters can be reminded that a little courtesy goes a long way.

4 답변I can't stand when im in Netflix and i get group messaged without any consent. Then party invites and game invites when im not even playing a game. There is a trend though. Its mainly the little boys who just want to see "whats up?"... "Um gee little guy dunno what to tell ya but im kinda watching a cliffhanger and your xX420blazeit2010Xx tag keeps popping up." The 2010 tells me you are 5 and i have made a mistake by not defriending you. Sucks to suck

5 답변I just do chat party invites, more personal and doesn't completely interrupt what the other player is doing.

I hate it. I jump in the tower and get two to three invites every time. Then followed by: "Raid?" I feel like saying: "Which Raid? Normal or Hard mode? Do you have a group? Do you know how to do it?" Whenever I contact someone from an LFG I always make sure to explain what we are doing and group status in the initial message.

2 답변I send blind invites because why the fook not? If you're that sensitive about it, you probably shouldn't be playing MP games. Hell I play with my fireteam set to public as well. Join or don't I really don't give a rats ass, lmao. I'll solo that shyt like the rest of this game if you don't want to play. Plus I'll gladly continue to enjoy this game as a level 31, until better gear is available from vendors. If they wanted me to play raids they'd have matchmaking or a way to meet on the game. Shouldn't need a third party website/app to make a party for a game. You really need to reconsider your life if blind invites 'annoy' you.

Yup. Bugs the shit outta me. Esp if you are expecting an invite and you accept some random dicks invite who sees a 32 and needs a hand with summut. Message me first and I might just join. Random invite... get to -blam!-.

The best is when someone "invites" themselves to the chat you're in with an already full raid group and then proceeds to ask if they can take someone's spot. You explain to them that the party is full, then there's an awkward silence and then they just stay in the chat and want to have a conversation. Anytime I create a chat party now, I set that thing to private. It's too much with certain people that don't get a clue.

I've been actively countering this to good results. I receive a blind invite, I nicely tell them to just take the time to explain what they want, they either leave off or apologize. And if they respond well, I usually help them to encourage good behavior.
