Losing content cause I'm not buying DLC
I think this a terrible design of bungie DLC. I bought your game for $60, and now that I didn't give you another $20 cause while I like the game don't think DLC is worth it, I'm losing some of the original content I bought. Very often daily, weekly and Nightfall missions are all behind DLC wall. Now I just went to Xur and found that I can't buy any new exotics without DLC either. While DLC may be adding content for those who bought it, has someone who didn't I'm losing some of the game I already bought, I think this is a terrible practice and more people should be out raged. It's been 6 months and I'm being left behind and having content cut.

People will argue that the EULA says they can do what they want with online content, and that may be true, but this is crappy treatment for people who already supported the game by paying their $60 and just want to be able to continue to play the game the way it was before the "optional" DLC came out.

3 답변The game has only been out for 4 months by the way, not 6. Just think how the Xbox players must feel, they have to wait a year for content they have paid for! You have to wait a few days to play the nightfalls again. You haven't lost any of the game you bought, its all still there. I am a little offended that you feel you should have access to the same exotics that I do and you haven't paid for it. There is a word for that, its called freeloader.

And you got a bunch of new guns and gear with the DLC update. For free. It's just stupid to think that those of us who paid should never be able to see a new strike in the Nightfall. Or items we paid for access to at Xur. You literally got something for nothing and now you're whining for the people who paid to get less. Pretty pathetic dude.

3 답변1: Don't listen to these haters and crap talkers. 2: You are getting a lot of new stuff for free even without buying the DLC. 3: Bungie has the right to bring up the new strike and missions to the nightfall/weekly and daily events, but they should do this less frequently because there wasn't enough content to have variety. 4: If you're frustrated, know that some understand it and agree with it (though I do own the DLC) but you have to realize this is done as an incentive to get you to spend more. If you don't want to, then enjoy what you do have and keep playing or stop because you don't think it's fair. I wish things could be different but the chances of that happening are very low, so I cannot offer you any more than what I have. It's your game to play or not.

2 답변You're not losing any content at all. Everything you paid for with your $60 is still available in the game. The weekly events aren't CONTENT, their part of a PLAYLIST. All the strikes that you paid for? Still there. XUR is not CONTENT. He's a storefront, selling ITEMS that are still accessible through multiple avenues.

It doesn't matter if you have a valid point, this is how Bungie is doing their game so your only choices are to deal with it and keep playing vanilla, buy the DLC, or stop playing/supporting Bungie. Making threads like this is only useful for venting your frustration, so I guess when I put it that way, go ahead and air your grievances, just don't expect it to amount to anything.

You had to accept an agreement to play. They clearly outlined that they could alter their game however they want and you can't do anything about it. If some of you ignorant whiners would read the agreement, then you'd see that it is your fault they can lock you out of content.

DLC: Downloadable CONTENT! Of course you don't get the content if you don't buy it? That's why they are selling it? And they are marketing the DLC by making nightfall and such, once in a blue moon, exclusive. If you wanna play the nightfall that week, buy the DLC. If not, then wait till next week, it won't kill you.

Alll these haters, you are wrong, everyone absolutely deserves to be able to play every aspect of the game that was there on release. Consider an expansion for any game practically ever, you can't access the new stuff obviously, but you aren't penalized for not having it either beyond that. The way this is set up is taking away what used to be there simply because some didn'[t pay for the new stuff. It's not right no matter how you try to look at it and this word game of weekly/daily being 'content delivery' instead of content, is just a word game with no justification for why they should be barred from experiencing the full game. No they shouldn't get into the new content like some seem to think this means but rather that there should be non dlc options at the same time.

6 답변Welcome to 2015 buy it or shut the hell up. You have the option to buy it or not to. It's a business not a -blam!-ing charity event. Games progress that's how they keep people happy with it. Why should the people who shelled out the money be punished because you don't want to pay for something and have to do the same old content week after week. I enjoy they are using the shit I just paid for. If your mom and dad won't give you the credit card that's not their fault. Bungie owes you nothing. This isn't the no child left behind act.

8 답변People need to realize this game is not Call of Duty or Halo. Or even like a single player game like Assassin's Creed or Mass Effect. You can't just put a new exclusive playlist into an ever changing mmo type world. And you can't just add some new missions for when the game is over like the other two. Much of what Destiny does and is about is completely unprecedented. People who choose not to buy new content still get 3 weeks a month with old content, and people who bought the extra stuff get a week to themselves. Don't see how it's unfair.
