I passed on _________ when Xur sold it and now I'm regretting it.
I guess for me it would be Gjallarhorn. Even though I didn't have enough coins then, had I know how good it is, I would have found some way to get them.
Also I almost didn't get an Icebreaker. I was about 5 coins short but my friends helped me grind some strikes and I ended up reaching the 17 coins needed to get it. Close call.
Edit - I expected a ton of Icebreaker and Gjallarhorn regrets but I am pleasantly surprised to see a lot of Red Death. That gun in phenomenal and very underrated.
Edit - Also quite surprised are how many people missed Suros Regime. I thought everyone had this gun at this point.

I regretted Suros the first time he sold it, IB 1.0 was a disaster for me, I felt like the only one without one. I think I had like 25 coins at the time and was holding out for an exotic scout at the time as that was go to gun. Now I use Red Death mainly, it's a beast, and comes in very handy in the final phase of Crota raid.

I started out as a Scout user, then lost my way to the allure of the AR for a time, thanks to a Shadow Price Vanguard reward, which happened to be right before he last sold Mida. I keep hoping for it again, as I have seen the error of my ways - but I have not been forgiven, yet. :-)
