2 답변
I have never attended law school and have no prospects of reality. I'm located in PA and I need more money for some crack. There is a sony store, so I think the process of suing Sony isn't that difficult and I need to learn fast so I can get my motherfin' fix. I can't come up with a reasonable claim that sony is responsible for down time. Damn motherfin' packers. Edit: 1. PSN because I have no standing with reality 2. Yes, any idiot can get into law school 3. Yes, those idiots do graduate 4. Yes, I am one of those idiots
Edited for clarification. Your welcome.

1 답변You are going to sue Sony? As in the ENTIRE company? From a business view point, that seems impossible. Have fun losing all your credentials in your new found profession, rooting for ya man.

7 답변Law school isn't the problem, the bar is the problem. Plenty of people with a J.D. and no license to practice.

3 답변You could do it but what would the grounds be of your standing argument they got jacked and couldn't do much to prevent it

작성자: ONLINEvPREDATOR 12/26/2014 7:02:01 AMYou're a -blam!-ing joke. Stick to flipping burgers instead of daydreaming about being a lawyer. This is what happens when parents lie to their kids and tell them they're smart and can be whatever they want when they grow up.

3 답변So you're asking us to decide if Sony should be sued without even giving us evidence and a story that anyone can make up? Why you would make a great congressman.

2 답변Kind of a valid point. Sony provide a service that we pay for which they are no longer providing, with no prior notice given. Still, don't think that's quite enough to sue a big company over. Tiny compensation would be a nice gesture

6 답변You might have a chance at some cash if you can get some kind of out of court settlement. But dude. Not trying to be an ass, but you should know better than to try and bring a lawsuit against a major corporation like Sony on such flimsy grounds. You're gonna get wrecked if you ever end up in front of a judge.

4 답변How the hell did you get into law school or complete it with that logic? People flooding the servers and causing them to crash is not grounds for a lawsuit. Its not like your private information was leaked.

1 답변Your an idiot go back to school for another 10 years it's not Sonys fault xbone was down also

Same boat man. I'm in law school and some of the people's claims here are laughable, although this outage was different in that they had plenty of notice it was coming. I bet it wouldn't be difficult to prove they we're so immersed in the hack that was releasing documents to the public that they lacked due diligence in protecting Psn. And since Psn is now a pay service like live they have a contractual obligation to do everything in their power to prevent outages, and remedy problems asap regardless of cost. Lawsuits are too expensive for people to take up a cause usually, but the upcoming generation of gamers who decide to go to law school and are bored easily could make things hard on big businesses.

3 답변Prosecutor: Judge Sony is responsible for the downtime and the time players cannot get onto their service. We want reimbursement. Defense: Umm....judge? Lizard Squad did it. Judge: Not guilty. As for the prosecution, go get lizard squad in here and stop being an idiot. You owe the court 5 million dollars for our down time.

3 답변Why do people even think this would annoy a billion dollar company like Sony? They have lawyers that scrape shit off their shoes that worries them more than some idiot kid fresh out of school.

1 답변작성자: NeoReaper82 12/26/2014 6:26:43 AMWhen Sony got hacked by anonymous they put it right in there Terms of Service(after hack) that you could not sue them. Doing so would be a breach on your part.
