If you are an experienced Guardian willing to help, put on the Beta emblem "Sign of the Elders" and wear a white or mostly white shader. (VoG Raiders, you all have Chatterwhite!, Iron Banner players probably have "Million Million") That way folks in game can see who's willing to help in rosters and out in the wild.
