Why do people insist on ruining the raid?
I want to run the Crotas End without any cheesing! Is that too much to ask for? I never experienced the raid, and any group I join just wants to cheese the hell out of it! [u][b]CHEESING[/b][/u] is [b][u]RUINING[/u][/b] the new DLC raid experience for me :(..
I was in a group that wiped on the lamp maze twice, and on the 3rd attempt, everyone said F it, let's cheese. They just sent one guy who was experience to the end of the maze and died. The Aggro of ALL of the mobs stayed on his ghost. Meaning I, who never experienced the raid before, now get to walk with the weight of darkness all the way from the start to end, with no mobs! How is that fun? It took literally 15 minutes for me and the other 4 to make it to the end without lamps.
Then, on the second part, they used the warlock self res glitch to cheese the gatekeepers. I was told to jump off the cliff and kill myself. When I refused, everyone called me a troll and an asshole. So falling into peer pressure, I killed myself and just watched a Warlock jump around for 5 minutes, die, then self res. now after this, I just get to mindlessly sit on a platform and snipe thralls on the other side of the map for 10 minutes.
At this point I just quit.. I tried one other group, and when they immediately started with "are we gonna cheese the lamps?" I quit immediately.
So again.. Is it too damn much to ask for to do a raid without any God damn cheesing? I paid to have fun! I didn't pay to walk in a dark line for 15 minutes. I didn't pay to mindlessly snipe thralls that can't even Aggro me. God.. So beyond frustrated. This is just the icing on the cake of all the shit that makes this game so rage inducing...

2 답변I'm to the point of -blam!- it cheese it. Blew through the whole thing till crota we been stuck there for damn near 8 hrs, tried all kinds of strategies and stuff and still wipe.

3 답변This is why it was genius that Bungie delayed releasing the hard raid. Now they can fix all of the bugs and all the people who cheated are going to have a more difficult time in the hard raid.

Side story... Random joined the group and when we got to the bridge part. First word outta his mouth was ..."so are we going to cheese this pa...". I stopped him right there and told him to shut up. If he wanted to do this run and beat the raid we do it legit. He quickly shut his mouth. if he didn't I would have showed him my kung fu moves and kicked him. Props to you for wanting to do it legit

I just helped 2 people who haven't done the new raid. Refused to allow people to cheese it. We did it the proper way and when we all got our rewards it felt so much better. I've cheesed aspects of the raid and to me it just feels like a waste. Didn't buy the game to exploit everything.

1 답변Lol everything is so -blam!-ing easy that I don't see a reason to cheese anything. Crota is the only boss in the whole raid and he's a joke. If you are that bad that you can't kill Crota without cheating then you probably shouldn't be raiding at all. So tired of these god damn noobs that have zero skill so they cheese everything. Hopefully bungie will get all this stuff fixed before hard mode.

This post is the reason I raided on release day. It's impossible to avoid, and you will never have the experience of learning all the mechanics on your own. I'm sorry and that sucks for you, but your window of opportunity is over. You have to wait for patches or a new raid. Plan to take the day of for the next raid. I have 3 characters and I welcome any cheeses our group finds after completing the raid legitimately.

Don't join any group that wants to cheese, they're obvious terrible players if they are trying to avoid easy encounters. Every single fight in CE is pant on head retarded easy. It's a big red flag that someone does not have skill of they're suggesting cheesing, and I would cheese on outta there if they did. Luckily I start my own groups and I don't allow those kinds of players into my group.

23 답변For all the people saying its to save time, its not. Its just because your group -blam!-ing sucks. 2 hours to pass the bride? You suck. 2 hours to kill thralls and move as a group through a ten minute stretch of killing thralls. You suck. Quit lying and saying its to save time, your not cheesing to save time, your cheesing because you suck and are incapable of passing it legit in a reasonable amount of time because, yea you suck. The new raid is literally the funnest content in the game at this point and everyone just wants to cheese through it. Its fn ridicuolous. The lfg option is slowly disappearing for me anyway because out of five groups i joined last night, only one even wanted to attempt to play the game.

9 답변Raid gear and weapons were supposed to be symbols of having completed some of the most challenging content the game has to offer..and that symbol is being reduced to rubbish by a bunch of 12 year olds. It's sad. I earned my vex mythoclast legit, but people could look at me and easily think "oh he probably pushed atheon off for that".
