What's your favorite weapon?
Pretty simple question. I saw a post from Ricochet about a Titan friend of his that's still using a rare weapon and a reply to said post about how the theme of the game is to "become legend". It got me thinking about my trusty Genghis-E that I still have in my inventory despite a fully upgraded Hezen Vengence, Culling, and Super Good Advice.
I have had it for I don't know how long and I'd wager it's killed more enemies than any other weapon during my time in Destiny. It has defeated Strike bosses, mowed down countless packs of thralls, and been through two raids (although it has not killed a Gorgon, something that is on its bucket list). I don't see myself ever dismantling it. Hell, I still use it in PvP quite often.
Fellow guardians, I'd like to hear about your heroic tales with your favorite firearms whether they're a fully upgraded, post DLC badass exotic 2.0 or just a humble, plain ol' common.

Scout Rifle and Sniper Rifle. 'Foresight 3' and 'Allowance VC/4'. I keep the Foresight 3 because its a huge Scout Rifle, easily twice the size of Mida Multitool and other high end scout rifles. Unlike those toys, the Foresight 3 actually looks like a Rifle. Its also pretty awesome in PvP because of its stats, and if It were a legendary level weapon, I'd use it for a lot more. I keep the Sniper Rifle because of one of its upgrades. 'Shortgaze SLH10'. Its a short range scope that makes target acquisition extremely easy, and even easier with 'Snapshot'. Makes it easy to line up multiple headshots in PvP, even though the weapon only has a 3 round magazine, and is easier to use at shorter ranges than would be possible with the exotic snipers.

3 답변I have this sniper that can shoot ammo to pick it up. Got it with my Warlock eons ago. Recently I started up a Hunter, and realized it's a blessing! Unfortunately it's green.. If I ever want to actually use my secondary weapon I can't use it. :( I'll never dismantle that thing, though!

Sure, it's common sense to use a good weapon, but has anyone ever used a gun for the aesthetics? The sound of the gun? The look of it? Plan C is much better than pocket infinity in most situations, but it doesn't look, sound or fire as awesomely as infinity. So I don't use it. I've breaker is a really good sniper. But I just don't like the look of it. It looks like a hedge trimmer. Also, the sound of it firing used to be cool, but now it has scarred my brain for life. Suros Regime is an amazing gun. But I don't like the looks or sound that the gun makes. It dominates in PVP, but that doesn't it's the only choice. I would much rather Hard Light than the suros, because it fires friggin LASERS. Finally, gjhallahorn. This noob-tube is probably one of the best guns in the game. It looks and sounds great aswell. But I don't like the fact people are kicked from raids because they don't have it. Overall, people need to stop focusing on guns performances and "how quickly it can kill Crota", and instead focus on the aesthetics. Also, [b]no kicking people from raids just because they don't have gjhallahorn![/b] and no, before you ask, this didn't happen to me.

Miss mida definitely.. High caliber rounds, third eye, hair trigger +5 to agil low recoil and a mid range scope makes it my all time fav to carry through and through with my arc murmur and my maxed hunger of crota :P
