"Spray and Play" on a rocket launcher with mag capacity of 1?
I recently received this rocket launcher.
It has the perk "Spray and Play", which says
[quote]Increases the reload speed of this weapon when its mag is empty[/quote]
The rocket launcher has a magazine size of [b]1[/b], so will this weapon always reload faster, when the perk is activated?
