I'd say just stop hanging out with him. A buddy of mine and one of our mutual friends is in the same situation. They both flirt, but she clearly has feelings for him and it seems he does for her, but he has said he doesn't see her as anything more than a friend on multiple occasions. It's a shitty situation to be in for sure, but break it off now before it gets any worse.
