Closest youve came to dying IRL?
I fell out of a car going 30km/h at age 3. Barely injured, few scratches. A taxi stopped right infront of me, i was literally under the front bumper. Scary shit.
Edit: it seems that in 20 mins since I made this post, about 40 people have almost been or have actually been dead

These noobs come along and nearly git ded in one simple, random incident/accident. Thanks Bungie. Way to alienate your legit players and reward casuals. Also, when I died, I got no cut-scenes. Swam through an underwater tunnel in Hawaii, a wave came in an smashed me up into a tight space at the top and I was stuck for a few seconds until I finally managed to dislodge myself and feel my way through the tunnel...meanwhile my lungs are on fire cause I needed to breathe...almost drown that day...fun times

9 답변Oh Jesus. I've almost exploded from fireworks. I was thrown by a car at 60mph. I've crashed a car, under icy conditions, into a tree at 55mph. I fell off a whale-watching boat in the Pacific when I was six. My car's battery died on railroad tracks. I jumped it and got it out about 2 minutes before the AMTRAK came. My closest encounter, though, is probably when I told my girlfriend she sucks at cooking.

I posted some bs earlier but I just remembered that I almost died for realzies. When I was 12 I caught malaria. I was sick for a long time with all sorts of nasty symptoms including violent muscle spasms in my back and a fever of 107. There's an entire month I have no memory of because of it. Also, when I was very little I had the flu or something with a high fever, and the fever made me hallucinate pretty intensely. I don't think I was close to dying that time, it was just an interesting experience.

1 답변I was born 10 weeks early and couldn't breathe by myself without life support. When I finally could breathe, I stopped breathing 4 times and almost died on the last. I can't remember it though, obviously

When I had my first scoliosis surgery, I almost died when I lost three thousand cc'sof blood. If it hadn't been for the doctor insisting that I have a catheter in place before the surgery started then I probably would have died. Nonetheless, they were unable to complete the surgery because I was bleeding so badly.
