So after numerous raids on different characters, and being lvl 30 for about two weeks. That all doesnt mean squat because now vendors will be giving out legendary gear to all. Really... So your telling me someone who gets the game now will have access to lvl 30 at ease while most of us actually grinded for it. Doesnt make sense to me, I believe the raids should be stepping stones to a higher rank and next raid. But thats just me who sees a way to make the game last longer. But hey, who am I
Edit 1: Most are missing my main point that I thought raids should be stepping stones to each other. It would Lengthen the game, possibly making it last closer to 10 years like they said this game would.
Edit 2: I really am loving all the hate. Nothing better than to open up the app, and see all of your smiling faces.

작성자: DukeDave 12/9/2014 12:13:24 AM32 is the new 30. 31 is the new 29. Are you saying no one should have been able to get to 29 without LUCK in the raid? (work hard to get to level 30, heh, it's all luck dude.) Don't worry, you will still have to raid to get to 32. You can still feel better than everyone else since you got lucky and made it to 30. And now you can feel better than everyone else if you get lucky and get to 32. All I can say is good luck.

I worked hard to get my level 30 gear and I think others should have to work for it as well. A better solution IMO would have been to release the new raid with a level 26/27 version and then a hard mode at 32/33 that way newer/casual players would still be able to play the dlc with relative ease (and hence would be willing to spend money to get it) without making everyone else feel like their countless hours of grinding was a total waste.

I'm buying the dlc so I would like to experience the entirety of it. I can't play the new raid because I'm only a lvl 29. VoG won't give me the damn boots I need to hit lvl 30, so who knows when I would be able to enjoy the raid that so many people will be doing tomorrow. So needless to say I'm happy you get to buy gear off venders.

1 답변I have a 30 Titan and a forever 29 hunter which is annoying but I believe you should only have access to 2 pieces of 30 gear but grind for the other two. It's unfair that I had to raid run multiple times a week (hard and normal) to get gear and now there's "handouts"

작성자: SalineVampire 12/8/2014 11:47:58 PMYou can get to 31 with new vendor gear. They're slowing it down with the Commendations though. You can't be 32 unless you raid. Even more so you won't be able to raid hard unless you level to 32 in the normal raid. Know why? Because when it drops it'll be a level 33 raid and no one is going to have a go at the 33 hard raid with 31's. My question is why are you worried? Your reasoning makes not a lick of sense to me honestly. Play the game how YOU want to play it and don't worry about the Guardians that got to 30 or 31 without the raids. From the amount of posts whining about the same things you've been whining about, I promise you won't lack for "l33t" players sharing your pedantic mindset to play with.

Just because RNGesus was kind to you doesn't mean others should be held back. 30 isn't the max level anymore. If you want to remain "elite", run the raid and hit 32. Then complain some more next DLC. I'll just be over here enjoying the game.

For someone to get full vendor gear they will need to rank up their vendor rep 4 times, and in none of those times will they be able to buy weapons. People who don't need/want that gear will be able to get a new arsenal while those behind them will be scrambling for gear and will not be able to do the nightfall/highest weekly in all that time. It's a fair system. I like it.

You're misinterpreting what they meant by "10 year plan" or lifespan or whatever. That's for the franchise, not just the one game. Also: you go delete your characters and start from scratch and tell me how easy it is to get to light level 31 or whatever the Vanguard legendaries will take you to post-DLC. It doesn't make any sense to effectively bar people from playing the DLC raids unless they get lucky with the VoG RNG and loot table.

Edit: the new vendor gear gets you to 31. So, yeah. And why is it a bad thing to get people to a higher level? I'd like to run the new raid with as many leveled players as I can, it will help you in the long run when you need to LFG a group, bigger pond and all.
