Everything is costing more and more so we need a higher glimmer cap! Upgrading our exotics will cost 7000 glimmer per exotic! Xur doesn't sell ammo synthesis anymore so we'll also need to buy them with glimmer. Eris will probably have things in stock that we will need to buy with glimmer. We need more glimmer! A new cap of 35,000/50,000 would be great! Bump for attention! Thanks fellow guardians! Wow you people are bumping like crazy! Thanks a lot! We are trending right now!
Check out my ghost skill tree idea/suggestion if you have the time!

agreed, 25k is way too low. i like that they made glimmer useful now since it was completely useless before but in turn they didnt make it any easier to acquire glimmer so there's really no balance. to make up for the increase in prices they should make enemies drop more glimmer to keep things going. they didnt need to sell materials at the shops when people were complaining, all they needed to do was make deposits and chests give out more than 1-2 pieces ( not including the rare super chests that drop 12) so farming for an hour to get 100 material would be cut in half. little things will balance the game out for the better. also we seriously need more vault space for all the new gear coming out, simple fix of adding pages to the current vault is all it takes.

3 답변I made a thread about this yesterday too, I don't understand the glimmer cap at all I can't think of any situation where having more than 25k glimmer would give me an unfair advantage. The cooldown on ammo synthesis stops having a ton of them in supply being an unfair advantage Being able to buy all iron banner items after spending 8-12hrs grinding isn't an unfair advantage Buying a ton of green engrams off the cryptarch in the hope I'll get a legendary engram for levelling up isn't an unfair advantage. Now the rep gains per engram are lower it'd take 500k+ glimmer just to go up 1 level. Maybe our little guardian wallets can only hold 25k (I can carry 30 weapons and 120 pieces of armour around with me but I haven't got any room for a bit of loose change) so why can't we store glimmer in the vault?

It's all done to create artifical handicaps to prolong game time. Get you on long grind more, how long can you grind. . . It's starting to look bleak. Like most RPG players I dont mind the grind, but the well is looking depressing at this point as I hear they are milking the same game and dragging it out as original content was ripped from game amd resold as a new product.

Im sorry, but what they need to do is refund all the mats if you reset your gear. Glimmer is easy to get, I never used strange coins and buy ammo thingies when I get near 25k. Honestly, I don't even understand why they have such a low glimmer cap. It's stupid.

1 답변It amazes me that Bungie simply doesn't care about us. No increased Vault Space, no increased Glimmer Cap, and no increased mark cap (150 would be perfect because you could purchase a legendary weapon once per week.)

2 답변I completely agree with this and the glimmer cap is my only issue related to the upcoming updates. Perhaps it'd be useful to add something to the subject title of the topic here to indicate this is about glimmer caps rather than all of other problems players are complaining about, help bring this forum to Bungie's attention. Either way, nice getting this forum started.

4 답변
John and Bob go to Xur's car dealership. Both have 2010 Camry's. John had Xur upgrade his with DVD player, leather, v8, chrome, and alarm system. Bob has a standard model. No upgrades at all. Both have same wear & tear & mileage. They go to Xur's and Xur looks left, then right, and says "gentlemen! It's your lucky day!" In a sleazy car salesmanship voice. " we just so happen to be doing Camry trade ins today!" Both John and Bob choose identical new versions. Xur says "Geat! This model is faster and has better mileage!" "Wonderful!" They say. "After an application fee (shard) and your trade in, it'll cost you each $7000 (glimmer)." John says "Wait, what? I've been a loyal customer Xur! I spent all that extra money (glimmer) with you to upgrade my car. My car is worth more!" Then a loyal Xur patron chimes in "you don't have to buy a new car! Now shut up Meg!" John says "That's not the point. I'm taking a new road trip (dlc), I need the better mileage and speed, and I've been a loyal customer to Xur's dealership, Bungie! Fair is fair! Where's customer loyalty?" Xur turns and says, "It is what it is, friend. Take it or leave it. Oh, and if you want tires, that'll cost you extra!" John turns, frustrated, and looks at the other dealerships around the Bungie dealership. Shadow of Mordor, Isolation, Farcry, Cod, Dragonage....all dealerships that scored higher on the cars (games). Xur says "next week a few plan-cs are falling off a truck, I'll have clearance prices on those if your interested. If not, forget-a-bout-it."
40 답변Raising the glimmer cap certainly would be handy. Also a little tip (I'm sure many are aware but here it is anyway), you can stash your Fallen Banners, Axiomatic Beads, etc. in the vault as you get them. That way you can have additional cash lying around even after you've reached the cap.
